Apple USB-C to Lightning Adapter

I tried two other generic adapter that claimed to be compatible with audio and video plug-in lightning accessories and they were not.This Apple adapter allows me to use my older model Seek Thermal Camera on my iPhone 15 Pro Max.Yes, you will pay more for this adapter, but, rest assured, this one will convert a Lightning device to usb-C and allow it to function whereas those other generic adapters only allow basic data and recharging capabilities due to not utilizing all of the contacts and wiring used in Lightning connection.This Apple adapter is well worth the extra cost. I wish Apple had a non cable version, but, upon checking all Apple adapters, this is the only one the offer.5 Stars all around since this seems the only adapter that allows "full conversion" from Lightning to USB-C for -all- devices.

The solution to the ever changing plugs on devices! It easily connects without any issue, It's built well to Apples standards and has been working fine with no issues for years now, being very durable to the constant pulling on and off. The speed of power transferring to the device has not been compromised. I would recommend and buy this product again.

This enabled me to use my thermo scope on my iPhone 15. It's the only lighting to USB-C converter that actually worked...

Had a Flir Pro thermal camera with a lightning connection. Upgraded to newer iphone that uses USB-C. This is the best only adapter that allowed it work with the new iPhone.

Very disappointed in this Apple product. It worked for a little over 3 months and I only used it a handful of times.I have a 2023 SUV. In order to use maps on my iPhone 16 and have it project to the screen in my SUV, I have to use a Type A USB. Apple does not make a Type-A USB to a Type-C, they only make a Type-A USB to Lightening, so this is why I needed the adapter in the first place. Apple sells Anker Type-A USB to Type-C, but my phone still kept getting kicked off my SUV. Ever since my phone updated to the latest ISO, my phone doesn’t stay connected to my SUV.After doing some research, I was told to only use Apple cables/cords in my SUV. So I bought another Apple USB-A USB to Lightening cable and then bought this adapter so I can use my iPhone 16. I’ve only used it a handful of times, since I only use it when I need to project my maps, but now it doesn’t work at all. I’ve tried it with different cables, tried it in my house using an Apple charging block and still nothing. I’m very disappointed in this $30 piece of garbage. For the same price, I just bought a Bluetooth adapter and so far it works great.

This product works well so far, and I highly recommend it over a non-Apple adapter. It fits snugly into the Lightning cable and charges at the same speed as a regular Apple charging cable, without any noticeable differences. It’s nice that the connector areas do not become hot during the charging sessions when compared with the non-Apple ones. Although it’s a bit pricier, it works quite well and offers the most convenience and compatibility with other devices.

Great connection for adapting an Apple Lightning cable to USB-C. Got this for my new iPad which had USB-C, but all my other cables are lightning. Does a fine job with charging. No issues with data transfer to my Mac laptop.
