I love this cinnamon tea! It tastes awesome. It helps to regulate my blood sugar as a T2 diabetic. I make up a pitcher and keep it in the refrigerator. My friend likes it hot (which I do as well) so now she is ordering it too! I'm gluten free so that it a bonus for me.

Good quality Cocao powder for price. I usually prefer Raw Organic Cocao. This is definitely toasted, not raw, so the flavor isn't as aromatic as ceremonial Cocao, but it's great for daily additions to coffee, oatmeal and if course baking. I'm enjoying it much more than the baking powder processed with alkali.❤️

I am a person who loves to drink herbal teas. I decided to try this company's cinnamon tea and I was very disappointed. The taste of cinnamon was very weak. I even tried using multiple tea bags, left the bags to steep for 15 mins but I still didn’t taste any cinnamon. I read the back of the package this product on expired in 4/26/25; I just purchased it on March 17, 2025.

It does lower glucose but reacts with diabetic medications adversely (bloating, diarrhea). Consult your doctor before purchasing.
