At first I was skeptical but after recieving this little bugger works perfectly. Don't hesitate if your thinking of getting one.

I had purchased 3 of these. One for my granmother so she could surf the web without having a bulky tower.. didn't even last a year. So I gave her another one a few weeks ago & it loads up but once you try to move the mouse it completely freezes up & shuts off.. then about a hour & a half later it randomly turns itself back on.. So I have not had free time to see what could be the issue.. which I'm thinking that one might be on its way out too.. & the third one is running as it should. No issues yet.**Update** as of 12/30/24The Third one is dead. i purchased these December 1, 2023.they are great when they work. would definitely not recommended anyone buying this. was hoping all 3 of them would last me more then a year!

I ordered about 20 of these devices. Most were fine; but 5 were not. There was no product key for the installed Windows 11 Pro.I returned the 5 and bought 5 new ones (thinking I just got a defective batch). 3 of the 5 were fine, but 2 again didn't have a product key for the installed Windows 11 Pro. Additionally, they had loose screws in the PC housing, and two screws had fallen completely out in the package (had to put them back in).At this rate, I should get all functioning mini-PCs if I return and reorder two more times. To buy a Windows 11 Pro license would cost as much as the mini-PC.

It's a neat little device, very similar to a NUC, and it seems to work well although the low power CPU which is really just a Celeron, doesn't move very quick, but still works. The biggest issue with this device is that while Windows is installed, it doesn't come activated. Meaning you will have to shell out another $100 to $200 to get a legal copy of Windows on it.

I like that it's fast. I DO NOT like it the headphone audio is not usable at all. I also filtered my search for computers with linux but this box DID NOT have linux.
