Budget friendly, easy to use
I was laid off unexpectedly from my job and needed a new computer for a part time activity. This machine is incredible. I cat sat for a friend when she went out of town and was easily able to pack it and go when I came and went from her apartment. It is just the computer though so you would need a monitor, keyboard and mouse if you do not have that already. It runs windows but did not have microsoft suite which I do not need. Would recommend anyone looking for a budget friendly pc.

Works well for its specs.
I love the size of the computer, ease of setup and very low noise level compared to other PC I had. It's conveniently located on my desk for access to the USB ports on the front. The headphone jack is nice to use with my head phones from the front.I also like the fast boot times, windows 11 Pro preinstalled. My bluetooth keyboard connected with no issues using a dongle. It connected seamlessly to my CNC and Cricut machines. Audio bluetooth for me was an issue (see below). What I dislike (and it is NOT a game changer for me personally) are1. the internet WIFI speeds are unreliable. Sometimes I get 100MB/S and sometimes I get 5 MB/s. A reboot fixes the issue; sometimes just turning the WIFI on and off helps too;2. the lack of an external speaker is a bit annoying as the bluetooth audio to my two speakers is not up to par.3, There is a definite lag when I use blue tooth instead of the audio jack. I don't use the audio on my PC enough to make this an issue.4. The power button in the front is nice to see if the unit is on (it's too quiet from my environment) but the button is easy to push accidentally when removing a usb device. I have accidentally turned off the machine by pressing the button. Just have to be careful.

Missing One Very Important Feature; Fatal, Because of a Lack of Tech Support
This should have been a great experience - if you don't need a DVD player in your computer, why have a clunky desktop box, when you can replace all of the other functionality with a tiny little unit that can literally fit in your pants pocket? That's what I was thinking when I ordered this mini, and after it arrived I went through that whole process of setting it up with the included Win11 software. A whole lot of work later, with my electronic life loaded up on the ample SSHD, I realized there was one big discrepancy between my unit and the one described in the text of the Amazon ad, and that was the auto-start capability. That is when you can wake up your computer by tapping your keyboard or moving your mouse, and it's a very handy feature since you will probably put this little guy somewhere hard to get to if you have to push the button on the front panel to restart it (I installed mine behind my monitor before finding out it did not have the auto-start). After a couple of emails to tech support it turned out the problem was the BIOS included did not support auto-start. I asked for a new BIOS and they sent a file, but with no instructions on how to install the new BIOS I was at a loss. I asked for a step by step to install it, and they sent me another copy of the BIOS. At this time I got a notice from the vendor through Amazon asking if I was happy with my new purchase. I was not, but the nice lady seemed anxious to help so I told her of my issue with tech support. She got involved and they did send a Word doc with some instructions and pictures, even, so I tried to follow the process. The step by step looked nothing like what I was seeing and the new BIOS install file would not run, so it was more back and forth with my new go-between with her trying to get tech support to solve my problem. Finally, they sent a different file that also would not run using their instructions, but since I have some familiarity with software programming I opened the executable and realized it had to be installed on a USB drive (they had told me to install the unzipped files to my desktop). When I copied the files to a thumb drive and clicked on the install file, it began a process of erasing the existing BIOS and rewriting it on my SSHD. I was thinking Bazinga!, but finally, after informing me it was restarting, that was the end of my little computer. Black screen - no life, no restart - nothing. And no help from the vendor after that - just a suggestion that I get a return from Amazon. There was a complication though - that whole process ran the clock out on the return window, so now I think I'm stuck with a tiny paper weight that should have been my new computer. I'm hoping I can work out some sort of happiness with Amazon, but we'll see... Because of all that, I cannot recommend this little gadget to anyone. There are others out there just like it - try them instead!

(Nearly) Perfect Mini PC
Exactly as described, and a perfect mini pc for my needs. I used it at first to connect to my home desktop from my work, but since then I've decided that it's powerful enough to be a media pc for my living room tv, as it's even strong enough to play some lighter games.Product was well protected in shipping. This pc also arrived with little to no bloatware, which made initial setup fantastically easy.

Work great with small footprint
Only uses certain m.2 drive and not any name. Otherwise decent use for basic computing.
