So the whole towels cut out from the metal plate is a bit chinese-esque obsession with English words and all. As far as functional it's perfect the shelf on top holds extra towel upright a bar of soap an extra roll of tp and that's kinda the unexpected guest area of readiness. I can fist 6 rolled up towels 3 each and no they won't fall like the other designs which let's me have giant towels and medium ones and I don't have to risk causing a mess to choose one or the other. And that's handy for the ladies with larger hair towels or a guy who just needs the standard medium one.The whole thing fits well in a tiny aahh bathroom keep things neat and organized and has the aforementioned space for guest supplies that some don't have.It looks great and is space saving in a 6x6 bathroom, positioned right in front of the shower so I never have to get the floor wet either.It's a towel rack and I'm kinda anal about my stuff in general, I dislike most things design wise and don't have a load of space, this is sturdy enough and does it's job well it's functional and even pretty half empty or full depending on your particular views of optimism. And serves a great purpose that a plain bar towel rack or even a hotel style towel rack which I also love but this holds more and is less complicated to roll up the towels to make them look pretty vs hotel style pia and holds not many at best

It looks nice and does the job. It fits three towels easily on the bottom, four if I squish them. I got the one with the shelf in the middle and was able to fit two stacks of hand towels/washcloths on it. I like the added shelf at the top as well.It was a little tough to install as I used the anchor things for the screws it came with. I liked that it came with a screwdriver as well but found I didn't quite have the hand strength and wound up using a drill instead. Now that its up though it feels quite solid.It also came with additional plastic hooks that can hang off the bars. It's a wonderful space saver and well worth the money.

This was easy to put together but took a little more work to install. That may have had to do with where we placed it, but either way, it's up and we're using it. We are using it strictly for keeping washcloths in the bathroom vs. the hallway linen closet. They don't look as cute as the photos since they have rolled up towels and we have the washcloths simply folded in half once to fit more easily, but the convenience over powers the aesthetic for now. I'm definitely not going to take the time to roll washcloths for a family of four to make it look cuter.

The product is well made very easy to put together. It's well made and holds the towels perfectly. It looks great. And fits against the wall very nicely easily holding six towels.

It is so cute and works great

I spent a while searching for the right bathroom towel holder and ultimately fell on this one. Absolutely love it and it exceeded my expectations. Assembly was easy enough, and mounting it to the wall, again, was easy enough. The parts all seem high enough quality that it should last a long time and I don't think should rust. The wall anchors it came with also seem to be strong enough that you shouldn't have issues with it coming down unless you really put a lot of weight on it. It, on it's own, can handle being fully loaded with towels, and the bit of force you may put on it while loading/unloading them. Overall, this ended up being perfect for the space I needed it for. Didn't have a cabinet to put my towels in, in that bathroom, but this fills that much needed lack of storage. I'm almost tempted to get another one for my other bathroom, even though that actually has a cabinet for towels lol.The only issue I had, was that one of the rods was slightly bent. I left everything somewhat loose until I got all pieces in place. Then tightened everything else first other than that slightly bent piece. After it was all done, everything came out square and you can't really tell the one piece was bent.

This is a high quality product, and it was a great solution for our abundance of towels. If I designed it, I would want it a little deeper from the wall so as to hold larger beach towels. I bought beach towels from Costco this year, and I can only fit two. Smaller beach towels fit 3-4. Medium towels 2-3. The finish was nice. It was delivered in a timely manner with everything in good shape and with the right parts.
