Very Good Controller For What You Are Paying, I Expected Less But I'm Impressed~
The media could not be loaded. First of all, I'm making this a FULL REVIEW for anybody that is interested as I actually got impressed by this controller. The controller itself looks great aesthetically, very modern looking and similar to the transparent darkish plastic that the official Nintendo Pro Controller has, but we gotta say that it is way too similar to the XBOX ONE controller in button layout, shape and grip. But that isn't a issue with me. I actually think the controller looks great as it is, so if you are used to the Xbox controller feel and layout, this is your pick. Overall, I'm satisfied with this product and it's totally worth it for its cheap price, since it's does its job quite nicely. It went thru my expectations.-Date of This Review: 3/09/2019. The Switch System version that I used at the time of this review and to test the controller is version: 7.0.1. and I tested it "fresh" out of the box. So just to be clear, I can say that it works for the 7.0.1 version, although this can change in the future as new updates for the switch come. The games that I tested this EEEKIT controller were Smash Bros., DOOM 2016, Wolfenstein II, Metal Slug 3 & Enter the Gungeon.FIRST IMPRESSIONS:-LIGHT WEIGHT: It is very light, but still not to the point where it feels cheap or uncomfortable. It is more light than your average controllers but you will probably get used to it after some time.-RUMBLE: Very strong. I tested the rumble with Smash Bros. Ultimate and DOOM (2016) and it is quite strong, but I'm sure you can get used to it if you play with this controller for enough time. Although I can see how it could bother some people because of how intense it is with the vibrations at times, if that is the case you can turn off the rumble in the settings of some games like in Smash and the controller will actually stop vibrating. (Or you could open the controller and remove the vibrators yourself lmao.)-USB TYPE-C cable: The controller "version" I got is type-c and I am aware that there are two "versions" of this same controller, one micro-usb and one type-c assuming from other buyer reviews, but I can't say for sure if the buyer is just sending type-c controllers now, I actually wanted the type-c so I'm satisfied with this. Also tested it, and you can use the USB TYPE-C cable that came with this controller to charge your switch console, so that's good too.LIFE BATTERY: It is as advertised 4-5 hours and it recharges quite fast. The Switch can also read how much battery is has left. The battery also lasts longer (for about 2-3 extra hours) if you turn off the rumble.MOTION CONTROLLERS: The motion controllers are very accurate to my surprise, I tested that with DOOM 2016 and Wolfenstein II aiming motion controls and it manages to be precise most of the times, so far I have no complains in this department.LATTENCY: There was virtually NO lattency during the time I used it to play all of my games, and it doesn't seem like there is any lag input either, I assume this can vary by the amount of bluetooth controllers and devices you have connected and turned on, but I didn't noticed any when I tested connecting more controllers.OTHER FEATURES:-It actually has a capture button. Yes, it does and it's on the same side were the R/L and trigger buttons are, weird position I know but It's good that it actually has a built-in capture button that works.-Both joysticks click-in. You can actually press the joysticks like a button and they actually work properly like they should in-game. Tested with DOOM 2016 and Enter The Gungeon for this.-Triggers good for FPS. The triggers are much better than the joycon's triggers in my opinion for first person shooting games since it actually has some travel to it and feels much more like a real trigger.-D-pad is decent. I tested this with Metal Slug 3 and it works just fine for 2D games, it was quite rare when the inputs erroneous.I originally bought this controller to have a extra controller for multiplayer and I gotta say I'm so far enjoying it very much. No issues have come up and so far my experience has only been positive. I hope this review serves useful for anybody that wants to make a informed purchase of this product~

Perfect for your friends
I was looking for an inexpensive wireless controller for when I have friends over and I really didn't want to spend so much on another pro controller or set of joycons. After coming across this controller I decided I had to try this one out. The reviews on amazon and youtube were surprisingly good and this price was right. After using the controller a bit myself, I've got to say this controller has exceeded my expectations. Pairing was as easy as turning it on (even though directions said otherwise and some others had some issues) rumble and buttons feel solid, and the thumb sticks are accurate with no dead zones or drift. I was able to play fortnite without any issues with aiming or anything like that. Usually the "decent" cheap controllers are good for some games, but not when precise movement is extremely important. It is comfortable, but noticeably lighter than a more premium controller. It has a cheaper feel to it, but in no way was I expecting it not to.My only complaint is that the shoulder buttons feel a little off and have super long travel distances. It's only a minor complaint and does not affect my overall opinion of the controller. For $22 this is an absolute steal and I'd recommend this controller to anyone looking for an extra controller or even someone that doesn't play on docked mode much and can't justify spending so much on the pro controller.

Great controller, but terrible battery life
Edit: After the new firmware update this controller freezes my switch anytime I try to connect it!! 2nd update: Controller required a firmware update to work again. I can't remember the website but it didn't mention EEEkit anywhere and the the controller is actually designed by another company all together. This controller is a great alternative for a second player or for short gaming periods. The setup was just a tad confusing but after the second try it connected fine with issue. The packaging was mediocre as it was just a plain box and some bubble wrap but it wasn't damaged so no foul there. The motion controls and vibration actually work well and I haven't noticed any lag but the controller it's self is just a remake of an Xbox one controller which to me is just a little uncomfortable due to the angles but it's still fine the only real problem with it is the lousy battery life of 4 ish hours and playing something like Zelda will mean it'll stay wired to the console most of the time. But if you only play in short sessions or want a good second controller it's a great buy. Would recommend if you don't mind having to keep it plugged in.

Good controller, don't buy for motion controls.
I'll get the negatives out of the way first. My one big complaint is the motion controls. They are delayed and not always consistent. If you are considering this for Splatoon, Doom, etc. this isn't for you.Things it can't do: Play and charge at the same time, wake the console from sleep mode, scan Amiibo.Pairing is confusing, but this is what worked for me:1. Charge the controller. (This didn't take long at all)2. From the home menu, go to Controllers and select "change grip/order."3. Hold the home button and Y.4. Let go as soon as you see the light turn on. It should pair in a few seconds. There is no HD Rumble, but the rumble it does have is surprisingly strong. When playing Mario Kart on mute city, (the one with all the speed boost pads) it practically gave my hands a massage, which I thought was a bit too much. The control sticks also have a very slight delay, but it didn't cause me any issues. All in all, this is a good, comfortable controller for its price IF you don't need it for motion controls.

Small enough for my kids, big enough for dad!
When I purchased this, it was early in the pandemic and my boys needed a second controller for their Switch. It works great for that, easily paired and haven't had any issues with drifting or anything else like that. We played a few games together and it was nice to have a larger controller to use rather than try to cramp my hands on the Joy-Cons. We've also used it on PC a few times and it has worked great on both without needing to re-pair every time. It comes with a USB-C cord for both charging and connecting to your PC. Keep in mind, it registers as a generic controller for PC so sometimes you have to adjust the controller settings in Steam to make sure the buttons are mapped right for your game. Attached is a pic for scale (with a ruler) on adult hands

Does the job at about a third of the price
I've given 5 stars for durability but in fairness we haven't had it for that long so I can't really comment properly on this. It does seem quite robust though so I'm prepared to give it the benefit of the doubt and will downgrade the review if it subsequently fails.Arrived promptly, within a couple of days in fact, and bought it as a third controller after we'd bought the same product as a twin pack. Easy to setup, just needed to plug the USB into the actual base of the Switch to synchronised in the first instance, after that can be charged anywhere. The boys, and a friend, were well impressed by these, and following the purchase of a couple of holders to convert the joy cons into a more pro con type device they now have five handsets ready to play a serious game of Smash Bros on the Switch. Seems to work well with Fortnite as well, the only quibble was some vibration until they went into settings and turned the rumble off. Great find, great buy so far.

Overall, a Great controller for the Switch
Great controller it works with Nintendo switches latest update 5.1.0 I just got mine today and it didn't require update, it's synced straight away, little bit fiddly to get it to sync, it requires you to hold Y then the home button in that order until you see the home light flash, then release both buttons and let it pair, pretty simple after the know how,the controller is made of pretty cheap plastic and does have a small battery life, however this is shown in the price, I would seriously recommend this product for others who don't want to play full price for the PRO, it's not failed to sync and does react well to the switch, I may add this is almost identical to the XBOX ONE controller which is easily my favourite controller of all (PS3, PS4, XBOX360, XBOXONE)The Dpad is quite spongy like the XBOX ONE, LB and RB are very clicky and the triggers are spongy, this controller does have Rumble (NotHD, but still effective) gyro controls work very well.overall for price: 9/10quality: 7/10Useability: 7/10 (noNFC)weight distribution: 8/10Battery life: 6/10

Works well with Switch S/W 6+ Great Pad.
Very good pad, feels great works with the Switch update 6+ pretty easy to pair if you read the instructions lol, the supplied USB cable is a sloppy fit, I tried the one from my phone and it fits like a glove. Unable to find out how to do a software update and also haven't sussed out how to turn the switch on with the pad.
