will this hold up to 70 mph winds gusts or more? would the cone one be better in such harsh winds?

We had winds of 100+mph last week and it held up fine.

Can I paint this? I want it to blend in against a wall.

We took direct tv dish down and mounted ours on their pole. Looks fine. We aren’t gonna paint it.
