Bought this for my living room so I could run my projector on the same sources that are connected to my TV.Worked well at first but then had issues where I'd lose the audio or the picture wouldn't switch back to 4K on my TV. I contacted customer service and the only option they gave was to do a return.I've kept hold of it for now and managed to work out some of the problems I was having were to do with settings on my devices, rather than with the matrix itself. I still can't get HDMI CEC to work though, which is disappointing.Remote is good and quite clear, I personally don't need to output different sources to different screens, but the option is available.Auto-switching is a great addition and something that a more expensive matrix I've tried didn't have. I haven't really needed to use the remote much at all because of that.Overall, once you get it working it's brilliant and does pretty much everything it's supposed to. However, it can be a bit complicated if you're not used to setting up this type of equipment.

A great HDMI switcher matrix 4:2. Very high quality with excellent picture output. The only negatives are the lights are rather bright (some TV viewers cover them once the viewing is set) and the remote must be pointed directly at the unit (not effective from an angle). Otherwise 5 out of 5 for the product.

It works but not without issues. We first installed it sat under a sky mini ‘Q box and it interferes badly with the signals to the sky box - so bad we couldn’t watch anything. Unplugged and back to sky box on its own and all good. We will try it in a different location and see if that works…..Update. Moved the unit below the sky box - there’s now a DVD player between them. And it’s working fine. Very happy with it.

I wanted to output a 4k signal 60hz to one TV and also send the signal to a 1080p TV in another room,15 metres away this does it perfectly. A little bright on the 1080p TV because hdr is switched on but just turn down the brightness on the TV if this happens to you. This matrix is for sale for £90 under a different brand name here on amazon so this is a bargain. It takes about 2 seconds to switch inputs which is fine. I have had no problems with this and can recommend it. I contacted climax digital to ask how long the warranty is they were quick to reply and its 2 years, which gives me confidence that this will last.

So far, so great. Like any electronic item, the proof of its value will be its longevity, but this feels reassuridly well made and functions exactly as described.I’d particularly recommend it when combined with a universal remote so that the inputs and outputs are switched as part of switching on the sources and/or output devices. I use a Logitech Harmony Ultimate and the ClimaxDigital is a fully supported device, so need need for manual programming of the remote.Note: the ClimaxDigital does come with its own remote, but as you can have 4 x inputs and 2 x output devices, plus the ClimaxDigital, that’s potentially 7 x remotes - who wants 7 remotes?? Hence, the universal remote recommendation :)The only downside, as I see it, is if anyone ever see’s my purchasing history in the future, they might wonder whether I have purchased a sex robot - the “ClimaxDigital”

Does what it says on the tin, unlike my previous (AliEpress bought) model.

The main reason I bought this was so I could run my games consoles to both my TV and Capture Card/Monitor at the same time, since my Capture Card and Monitor only support 1080p, but my TV supports 4K HDR, and it does exactly what I need it to.Works flawlessly, though setting it up to be able to communicate with my TV and Monitor at the same time was a little confusing, but the manual walks you through it. I recommend just leaving it on the middle setting, seems to work just fine. The 4K to 1080p downscaling works extremely well, zero latency which is perfect for games consoles, and it just uses a single button so you can decide if you want it on Output A, Output B, or both.The only flaw I could really point out is I sometimes need to switch to an input twice in order for it to register, like if I'm looking at my PlayStation but want to swap to my Xbox, then I might need to press Xbox, then PlayStation again, then Xbox again. It's not a big deal though, it doesn't always happen and it only takes a few extra seconds. Switching inputs takes a few seconds, when you press a button don't expect immediate results, but your image will be there within a few seconds. The LED's on the front are bright blue, which I personally quite like because blue is my favourite colour, but they might be distracting to some since the brightness can't be adjusted.Overall, great piece of kit, would recommend to anyone with similar needs of outputting to two screens at once while wanting to keep all your consoles and stuff in one place, such as streamers or people who have friends over often for local multiplayer games.

Great picture quality and audio in HD,however mine was faulty would not display in 4k hdr 60hz or produce audio.Still return was easy.
