Nice deep red hibiscus with great flavor. I make hibiscus syrup to drizzle on homemade ice cream and I’m very particular about the tangy flavor. It should always have a slightly tangy flavor. I add lemon or lime juice to enhance. Very good quality.

A tart sweetness! I noticed it doesn't get as red as Anthony's brand, though Anthony's is a bit tart. This one leans sweet, which isn't bad. It still tastes wonderful and you get 2 pounds for $20 which is a good deal.
