dehumidifiers, quiet dehumidifier small dehumidifiers for basement

This dehydrator is working great. We had a lot of moisture coming off our wine closet refrigeration unit. We live in Florida where the humidity is high. Our refrigeration unit drip tray was overflowing in just a week. Now with the dehydrator, we don't worry about leaks, we simply empty the unit each week. It is taking a full CUP of water out of the air in a week. The extra benefit is that the wine closet isn't too moist for the wine, so corks stay fresh. I've been using this now for quite a few months and it is working perfectly. Love the flashing lights and is fun LOL.

This is a nice little dehumidifier. I put it in my daughter's bathroom because she takes long hot showers and steams it up. It has been collecting a lot of water. I end up emptying it after it stops (a red light flashes so you know when it's full and it also beeps). The only thing I would change is the loud beep it makes when you turn it on and hit the buttons..either the light or power. Other than that it works really good.

Did not remove humidity from small room, had to purchase larger unit. This unit would be better suited for a very small area.

I bought this humidifer and one other (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BLSBCZND?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1) to dehumidify in the hope that I wouldn't have to work the AC so hard. Both worked great! A ton of water removed from the air, making it comfortable to set the AC at a higher temperature and save $$. This one has a slight advantage over the Ayafato in that it has a smaller footprint but perhaps a disadvantage in terms of convenience in that you remove the water by lifting the device off the tank rather than via a tray. However, it still is very easy to remove the tank to dump out the water. (The tank fills up in about three days here.)
