Worked well, better focus and energy!

I take this daily and it helps with memory recall and I’m a mother with a busy schedule and a demanding job. I love having the ability to remember things from my day to day basis. I take this with my Vitamin D3 daily and my other supplements such Vitamin C. They don’t have bad interactions with one another so it’s great for me. It doesn’t cause upset stomach but I always make sure I eat something or consume some protein shake for breakfast. I have been taking this for almost a year now. I’m also more calm and not too stressed out during the day at work and at home. The ingredients are very good as well if you look them all up. It’s got great healthy benefits.

I love all of four sigmatic's mushroom coffees, but this product didn't do a thing for me. I don't think it's a good value for the money. I'd say the ratio would be 20 to 80 with the seller making out like a bandit by selling a product that doesn't live up to its wording, in my case anyway. You may well get different results. As everyone's bodies are different and metabolize things differently. And no I'm not a doctor I just play one on Amazon reviews. I don't feel it's effective at what it aims to achieve. I did not feel any mood improvement. there is no funny taste to the pills. the quality is obviously there because it is made by a wonderfully reputable company, however I think they could strengthen the dosage so that it produces more of a relaxed feeling.

I took the whole bottle and towards the end I noticed a definite change. On the second to last week of the bottle after taking them almost daily in the morning on an empty stomach I noticed almost what you would call an epiphany of clarity. I was also much more focused and energized in memory recall. They definitely work. However, after that moment of clarity the feeling taped off and I no longer feel a drastic change. So as of right now starting my second bottle I am not sure if the effect has been sustained and if I need to increase my dosage. I was taking 2 instead of the recommended 3 capsules along side the Focus product 2 capsules instead of 3. I will update when possible.

I am 58 and have always had issues with memory retention. Even in grade school. Lately it has been a little worse. I spoke to a nutritionist at Lanlois Vital Nutrition center about my issues and they said the biggest issue with memory loss is inflammation. The 2 biggest contributors to inflammation are gluten and sugar. I decided to do the Whole 30 diet and noticed some improvement with my memory after a few weeks of this supplement and the whole food diet. My experience has been ok with the Four Sigmatic magic mushrooms. They do work, but you need to adjust your diet to limit gluten and sugar if you want the maximum improvement.
