Used for pc and bga fan.
Okay but the PWM and control off a bit in percentage depending on scale buttons but you can control the fan. Easy to install and depending on project. I used it to control BGA fan and pc fan.

It's alright
They seem a little tricky on a 35v DC input I managed to burn out both of them but I'm also not an electrician so it's probably okay :)

no dimming at all
I bought it as I intended to manually control my fan speeds, 5 fans at 0.8amp with max 1.9watt 24v each, i assumed it would drop the fan speed to 12v which should be silent. But no it only turns the knob to 100% then works.The load of calculation here is 4 amps at 24v 10 watts. could you please help me this this.
