These mats look well made and by weighing I found they are slightly heavier than my other more expensive ones. I have used them once, for both rolling out and baking crackers, and they worked well.

I bought these to cook bread. Parchment paper always seems to stick to the bottom of the bread.I’ve been using these for less than 3 weeks and my bread is starting to stick to them.I hand wash them in cold water.They will probably be unusable soon.

I was trying to find silicone mats to replace favorites I had for years but can't find anywhere. I decided to give these a try. While they aren't the same as my previous ones, they do the job. I had to trim these to fit my baking sheets, but that was simple enough to do and hasn't tampered with the integrity of the mats. They aren't as thick as I'd like, but they get the job done. They are textured in a way that means cleaning them isn't as easy as with some other mats I've used, but it's nothing a little scrub with the sponge won't fix. Overall, I'd say give these a try. They aren't my favorite baking mats, but I wouldn't discourage someone from using them either.

I have used it several times and I will agree it is non-stick. However, it does stain. And try to clean a stain off a piece of silicone is not easy. It's like washing plastic wrap.
