difficult to use
Although I did eventualy get this to work and did what I wanted to do it took lots of restarting my computer and lots of patience.I could have copied the information off one SIM and onto the other by hand in less time than it took to get this thing to work.Not for a computer novice or even an expert in a hurry.

Effective
Worked well and God software. But some SIM cards are thin and don't register immediately. Needed small spacer to work with them.

Not brilliant, got as much from a £3 phone also not compatible to mac

Useless
Found this *utterly* useless. I have approx 20 old sim card that I wanted to read old texts from and this device simply doesn't work.Of the 20, 19 say "sim card not found".

Disappointed
This hardware didn't work with either an Orange (E.E.) SIM card or an Asda Mobile SIM card, despite following the instructions to the letter.
