Product gets jammed quickly and it is useless
The media could not be loaded. Punch only worked for approx. 12 cuts and then it got stuck. I received a second one at no charge and it only cut 2 pieces and it jammed. Product states lifetime warranty. Called Fiskars and they agreed to send me a new one; problem is that they sent the wrong one!
