The material itself is antibacterial in nature because it does not have pores like regular sponges and cloths do, so basically there's no pores for the bacteria to inhabit on these silicone sponges. It’s also much easier to keep it clean and dry than regular sponges since it does not absorb water and does not "sour" like cloth or sponges. If you still want to wash it really well since food particles left in the little scrubbers might grow bacteria, you can also boil these or pop them in your dishwasher.

These are really great to have in the kitchen
These are really great to have in the kitchen. I am a clean freak. I hate to have anything in the kitchen that is not an absolutely necessity. I love these because they can be used as sponges, and also as pot holders. Silicone is the best thing ever in my book! I was always disgusted by regular kitchen sponges, as they always seemed to hold a moldy smell in my opinion. I was throwing them away so quickly, because I was afraid of all the bacteria they hold. This is a great replacement, and definitely a good buy.

Works wonders
I really like these! This is a great set. The round "sponges" are perfect for art brushes, pots and pans, glass wear ect. They rinse off easy and have enough little nubs to really clean nicely. The silicone scrub pads work great for my cookie sheets and general house cleaning of tubs and sinks ect.

Fun product
These are great. I am happy I gave them a try. I gave one to my parents and one to my brother to try and they like them too. It does take some getting used to if you have been using the sponge all of your life like I have. It is nice that you can just throw them in the dishwasher and know that they are clean. I never notice any smells from them, unlike the sponge. When I first got them my toddler played with them for days :) They are just fun.

Silicone Scrubbers & lots of bubbles
I like that these scrubbers make lots of bubbles. It always makes me feel like things are getting good and clean when you see lots of suds. They are a little slippery to hold onto though when your washing dishes with them. I liked this pack though since it came with so many although I haven’t tried the 6 pack of scouring pads test.

Great value !!!
These round silicone dish cleaners cut my dish cleaning time in half . The scrubbers help clean the dishes faster and I feel like I use way less dish soap cleaning with these . What a great value!!!

but love them so far
Have only had these a few days, but love them so far. I was always having to throw my other dish scratchers in the dishwasher to get them clean. It is nice that they are antibacterial and they seem to work very well. So far so good. Hoping they hold up in the long run.
