As everybody says, the pieces come loose in the case. A simple mod is to apply drops of superglue into the bit holder slots (w/o the bits... dont glue the bits in)... then the tolerance is tighter and the bits fit snug.Shouldnt have to do this, but such is the world.

Just got this today! So let me give my first impressions. A tad bit disappointed. Opened it and first thing that happened was majority of the bits all came loose and spilled out. So the clamps definitely do not hold them very sturdy. You can feel how loose they sit in them. Even though it says no rattling pieces, they definitely wiggle and move in their holders. Magnetic wise, they fit well and snug in the driver piece. The Allen wrenches are very sturdy even the smallest one does not bend under pressure. They all look to be made of very high quality metal. And their casted shapes all look sharp and accurate. Overall happy with how they look and should perform. Not so happy about the case and how it holds the pieces. A bit lack luster and worried about tossing it into a bag and waiting for all the pieces to come loose. Definitely not a good idea to do that.

Several of the tabs were broken on arrival. The socket holding system is horribly stupid and impossible to remove the sockets without another tool.Hazet tools are overpriced enough that I am not going to tolerate a poorly designed and broken case.

Hazet is good quality tools I have been using their tools since 1977 never a problem in fact I even visited their factory
