Sorry was unable to update sooner, Seller did reach out and offer a full refund on the product giving there sincerest apologies on it having broken after so few uses. I feel this says alot about the seller as I have had to return things to other vendors before and been put through the ringer when their products were faulty, and these guys did not hesitate to take ownership for the product coming into disrepair. Will be looking into their other products in the future to give them another try.We have used this item a total of 6 times (yes ive kept track) its been hand washed after every use amd properly stored away. Amd absolutely loved it up until today when it snapped off the base leaving it unfuctional and now requiring 2 people to properly use. Checked to see if the replacement or return window was still open and go figure it just closed 3days ago. That being said this has not been heavily used or miss handled in any way, have only used it to shredded soft cheeses, but would recommend purchasing elsewhere.

This is cheaply made. I’ve had it since dec 2023 and I’ve used it TWICE! the bottom sticks to NOTHING!! no matter how much you push down and twist to lock it does not “lock” to anything!! The top portion has already broke and slides back and forth. Everything gets sticks in this!! Such a waste of money

The media could not be loaded. The main part got stuck on the base so I had to pull it hard and it flew off and broke on the floor the first time using it. I glued it back together so it works if I’m careful but I’m pretty disappointed how easy it broke.

This product works very well. The only complaint I have is the handle may come off as you are turning to grade the cheese this issue is from not getting it locked in very well the first time I used this product this happened to me. The reason is it was hard to get the handle to snap on to the product but if you are mindful of this issue you will now to make sure that it clicks fully. The unit comes apart so that you are able to clean it fully. You so have three different cyclinders that have different patterns it shreds so you do have to make sure you store all the parts together. I would like to see them add a bag or some kind of storage case for the unit so that you make sure all pieces together. The suction cup base is amazing and allows you to be ablet to turn the handle and use the plunger to push the product you are shredding down with out worrying about it sliding all over the place. I think it could also be a little taller so that you can fit a larger bowl under the moth to catch the shredded products in. I use this for cheese and I shred a lot at one time and have to use two bowls one to catch and one to dump into so that i have a container big enough to hold all the cheese I shred. Over all this product does what I need it to do.

I recently purchased the Rotary Cheese Grater, and it has completely changed my grating game in the kitchen! The main reason for my purchase was to grate cheese without my wrist hurting when I was done.The Rotary Cheese Grater comes with 3 different drum blades. A regular grating size, a small grating size (zesting size?) and one for slicing.One of the major positive aspects of this grater is how much faster it is than grating cheese by hand. It effortlessly shreds through blocks of cheese, saving me precious time in food preparation. Additionally, the resulting fresh grated cheese melts SO much better than the pre-shredded, coated kind I had been buying in stores.I am looking forward to using this grater to slice potatoes for my homemade potatoes au gratin. I already know it will make the task MUCH more efficient!

This thing is great, we grate up all kinds of blocks of cheeses. It just tastes so much better. This thing is great at doing that.The only con, is the suction base doesn’t stick to our counter tops or glass top stove.

I’ve used this 3 times…. 3! Only ever hand washed it never put in the dishwasher and last night when I used it it completely snapped! When I called Amazon about it they said because it’s passed the 30 days the only thing they can do is have ME RETURN IT && I WOULD HAVE TO PAY 10% RESTOCKING FEE!Absolutely not it can stay in the trash!

I now use freshly grated cheese in EVERYTHING!! I use to hate to grate cheese and i also did not like purchasing grated cheese. I have tried several different cheese graters from various vendors and i must say i have landed with one that i love. This one is easy to set up, easy to clean (just take it apart and place it in dish washer) and it is easy to store. I have only used to grate cheese so far, but i am looking forward to this summer and using it with all my home grown veggies.
