Great for team training
I bought this for my son-in-law, who coaches a youth team, and it has been very useful for their practices. The quality is good, it’s lightweight, and the kids enjoy using it. Perfect for training sessions.

Low quality
Returned after second use. I inflated this ball at the recommended air pressure with a hand pump before use it, even checked the pressure with a gauge. It popped after a training session.

Disappointing
Arrived deflated, a crushed mass of plastic. Had to buy an air pump to pump it up. OK after that, but frustrating. When you get it, it doesn't look like the photo, it looks like a ball that's been crushed by a bulldozer.

Not as good as expected.
No real change in direction. Will still roll pretty accurately. Only has a dramatic change if it is aerial and lands in front of the keeper. Better for scramble drills on deflected shots.

Reaction and Reflects for the keepers
My U12 goalie has been using the onekeeper reaction ball to improve his reflects, it is unpredictable and as GK you don’t know where it will go. We’ve seen positive effects with our goalie when he needs to react quick to balls. Fully recommended to use as complemental training.

Doesn't work at all
I've tried using this at practice but the ball doesn't actually work like it's stated it will. No movements that I'd expect to train a goal keepers reaction times and movements. Not worth the purchase.
