Excellent so far
Been using this for a couple of weeks now, and so far really impressed with it.Simple first time connection, and all of the apps I have programmed for my wired android auto connection, appeared.On occasion it's been slow to reconnect when the ignition is turned off and on again quickly but not enough to lose a star.

Works flawlessly
Such a great product. Works perfectly in the new toyota corolla and the S23 ultra. Connects within a few seconds of starting the car and work exactly the same as when the phones plugged in. Small enough to hide away out of sight. Could do with a longer cable but I just purchased a USB C extension and now I couldn't be happier.

Alright, has to be set up again every few weeks though
I knew this up front from reviews and it is true - every now and then it just stops connecting anymore (android will connect but it doesn't show up in the car anymore). This will happen every few weeks and you need to reset it. This doesn't happen with the motorola expensive one with the same car and phone... so, it's the box.Buuuut, it's 1/3rd of the price.

85% of the time it works first time
Been using this for about 5 weeks now. I have the occasional time were the audio cuts out and then comes back randomly also have have had a number of times were my phone says it's connected but the stereo hadn't brought it up. Had to unplug and plug back in for it to work. I would say though the sound dropping out every so often is the most annoying thing. Has anyone else that has this device had this issue or is mine faulty? I have 2 cars with android auto (the other one I use wired and doesn't drop out or anything) and was going to buy a second one but with how this one is acting I might try a different one.

Avoid - MASSIVE lag
Substandard crap.If you're the type of person that has zero patience for laggy software then this will drive you bonkers!Any touch screen command takes 3-5 seconds to be actioned because of the lag. Forget about using Google Maps. Your car will always show as being 100-500 meters behind where it actually is, because of the massive delay between what's happening on your phone (in real time) and what's appearing on your car's entertainment display screen.This product is total crap. Do not buy it

Not compatible with some vehicles
Nicely made adapter, but unfortunately won't work for me on my 2021 VW Crafter van. It keeps saying usb connection error and then the head unit reboots. It cycles through like this until the adapter is disconnected.
