I got two of these — one for my mom and one for my granny. The cool thing is that I can actually go in and upload pictures from states away! They’ve had 0 issues and I got these for Christmas last year. I think this is great for grandparents to get to have a slideshow of a bunch of random pics, because not all photos you want to print and hang. My granny is old school so doesn’t have a cell phone, so it’s especially perfect for her! If you’re on the fence, just buy this one. Perfect price, picture quality is amazing (you can also flip the pics to make them show correctly), size is as described, easy to connect and upload photos.

Bought as a Christmas gift for two family members. It came quickly and looked like the product picture. The box came with clear and quick instructions to set up and I uploaded photos from my phone. I had bought this after buying a digital photo frame for Christmas which was not WiFi compatible which I needed for the family member. Once gifted they loved it and was easily able to scan the code, download the app and upload their photos.

Gave as a gift to my mother who is ridiculously self-sufficient, but still needed some help setting it up. My simple assessment is that the directions used some strange vocabulary that stumped her (and my father). It took my fresh eyes less than 2 minutes to overcome that initial hurdle.Mum had a great time taking it from there to customize the "show." It's quite a neat way to minimize clutter for someone who likes to have many pictures of family and friends displayed - especially when it's "so difficult to choose the best one" to frame.Sleek design, pictures are clear, and I especially like that it can go into sleep mode. It has some video function, too, and I'll update this is she ever uses it.There is also a method to have people send photos directly to the frame. As neat as that is, the sender has to use a specific app and that's not something she would ask a bunch of people to download and use. I imagine if someone is sending baby pictures to grandma, this would be a welcome feature rather than a burdensome ask.

We got a Frameo at Christmas. We loved and enjoyed seeing pictures of our loved ones, and it was exciting when we got a new image notification popped up. It was easy to use, love that is has a slot for an SD card, loading new images on was very easy with the app.In April, we had a power outage. The Frameo would not boot back up, it stayed spinning on the loading screen (literally would not move past it for hours). Contacted the seller, they sent us a new frame! Back in business!Until this week (mid-June). We had a series of storms coming in and my partner thought they would save the Frameo by pre-emptively turning it off. Should be a normal thing a device can do, be powered off. Except, now the frame won't turn fully back on, just stays spinning on the loading screen. We also tried doing the hard reset, and again nothing. It just goes back to the spinning loading screen.2 frames in 6 months is ridiculous. We will be contacting the seller because this product is clearly defective.
