This is an interesting little ring. First, out of the box, it rests at about a 10. I don't know that there's a lot of space to take in on that, but you can definitely stretch it out more if you like. The stone is somewhat disappointing. I mean they get ahead of it saying it looks a thousand different ways in a thousand lights or whatever, but it mostly looks like morose navy blue glass. Not without charm but certainly not the price they're asking for at time of writing. It comes in a little baggie in another little baggie so any gifting will have to be done on your side, I'm afraid.

They usually doll up the pictures a bit but man do I wish it was as shiny. Still, the stone looks pretty nice and about what I expected. It's well-polished and the color looks right. The band is interesting since it seems like you can pretty easily pull or push it to resize it, so it's not a bad option if you're looking to get a gift for somebody but don't know their size. On the other hand, the notches the band has to accommodate this feature is a little weird looking.

This ring is pretty. It's large, and the quality of the gem is lovely. There are gem cards included from World Trust Gem Testing Lab (which really don't mean a thing as far as legitimacy or clarity). Excluding the gem, the ring itself is not of high quality, particularly the underneath portion where, I believe, it's meant to allow for some resizing. I do believe this is a high price for this ring, it would be better priced around $10 and worn as costume jewelry.
