Very Easy to Use
I've had frozen shoulder issues for decades. For the last several years, I've been working on improving shoulder mobility, first with simple Dead Hang exercises and then by purchasing and using the Rotator Reliever/Shoulder Reliever system. Both of these greatly helped to reduce pain, increase mobility and strengthen my shoulder. However, the improvements to my shoulder mobility had started to plateau until I started to use the ProStretch. Using methods I'd seen on the internet, I'd tried using door frames and poles to force and stretch my shoulder to expand my range of motion, but these methods were awkward and difficult to perform. The Prostretch makes it easy to push your shoulder beyond your current range of motion. It can be a bit painful, of course, but gradually I'm noticing lasting shoulder mobility gains. And thankfully, I'm finding that the ProStretch hurts less the more I use it. The ProStretch seems to be well built and sturdy. The only minor issue I've had is with the Red Buttons that "lock-in" the various adjustment points. They have stuck once or twice and refused to "lock-in" to the adjustment hole. So far, "wiggling" the ProStretch while repeatedly pressing the Red Button seems to fix the problem. I'm not sure if this is an alignment issue related to user error or if an internal spring inside the Red Button is malfunctioning occasionally. All in all, I recommend the ProStretch. It's a bit pricey, but the shoulder mobility improvements I've already experienced make it worth the money.

Broke today. Last return date was 10/24
It worked okay. It was a little hard to get on. My husband stubbed his toe on it and it just snapped. Should not be that easy to break.

Great for range of motion
The ProStretch Shoulder Flex has been a valuable tool in my recovery journey post-surgery. Its ability to improve range of motion and alleviate shoulder discomfort has made a noticeable difference. Despite a slight learning curve, its effectiveness and durability make it a highly recommended device for anyone looking to enhance shoulder flexibility and manage discomfort.

Works, expensive.
This shoulder stretcher is great for improving flexibility and relieving tension, but the price is a bit steep. It's effective for loosening tight muscles and increasing range of motion. While the benefits are noticeable, you might want to shop around for more affordable options.

Perfect Stretch to rotator cuff
Easy to setup and use. Gives perfect stretch to the rotator cuff like given by a trained physical therapist. I strongly recommend ProStretch shoulder flex anyone who wants to relax the shoulder after a long day of typing and mousing. It is a bit pricy in my opinion but still worth every dollar. A very big THANK YOU to the inventor of ProStretch shoulder flex.

Sigh
Basicly impossible to use without help for hemiplegia after stroke.

Really helping mobility after surgery.
A bit spendy for the materials used to make it but it does what it promised. Easy to use, directions are straight forward. Just use it consistently to get the most benefit.

One of my best investments
This truly is a remarkable tool and one that you really need to take your time with. There are video instructions on YouTube that are very helpful. Also, it would be a good idea to treat it like an investment too. I wouldn't leave it laying around where it could be stepped on or sat on. I think it's made perfectly well enough for what it's to be used for but it's not made to withstand accidental or intentional abuse.
