Very sturdy . Just 4 pieces . Allen wrench and screws supplied. Had some difficulty aligning bolt holes, but whenI finally got it, product was very solid. Also comes with plenty of contact information for the manufacturers.Seems like a company with decent values. Renewable teak, support of local economy. Looks exactly like the photoonline. No rough edges. Doesn't feel cold! Rubber tips on each leg.

Thought the color would be lighter . But is fine.

Water stains don’t go away

We've had the bench for 3 months now and it is Awesome. It is in the shower and gets wet every day. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars overall is the screws for the rubber feet on the bottom were not stainless steel and began to rust after a month or so. I replaced them with (4) #6x1" long SS screws from Lowes which was an easy and inexpensive fix.

Very disappointed -- took a chance on ordering this pricey bench for my new shower, but I trusted the photo and description. Alas, my bench looks nothing like the one pictured. Mine is unstained light wood with a mix of darknesses. See photo. So frustrating that I'll have to pay the considerable expense to send it back.

The color is nothing like the picture that depicts a much lighter medium brown; mine is more like a deep dark coffee brown that is a little disappointing. I’m hoping that it will lighten up with use. Mine also has a damaged leg where the wood is splintered, so between the unexpected color and the damage, I gave it a 3 out of 5 stars. On a good note, the bench is very sturdy and has a great height at 23” since most shower benches run about 17-19”. I am tall 5’10” and have lumbar spine and nerve issues in my legs. Standing in the shower for more than five minutes can be uncomfortable and painful, so this bench is perfect for me; however, if you are shorter you may find this bench height too tall and your feet won’t touch the floor. I also pulled it away from the wall a few inches so the front of the bench doesn’t cut into the backs of my thighs. The price was more than I wanted to spend but somewhat worth it for the height, since it was the only bench I found taller than standard height. Overall, it is a solid and sturdy bench but more practical than visually attractive. Great bench if you don’t care about the color.

Absolutely stunning bench. High quality and this color matches our new cabinet. Very pleased. We would buy this again.

Very tall. 30" was too tall for me and I am 5" 11". I could not put my feet flat.
