Peace of mind!!
This was the key to my 88 year old mom's safety in our home. It instantly has taken the worry away from our household. Being able to rest knowing she won't fall trying to get up. Such a trustworthy product! The alarm will wake you! Thank you!!

This is Very Helpful
This works very well and I love that it has two levels of sound and the alert device is portable. We put it under the thin mattress pad and sheet. I think it works as well as the ones hospitals use.

Good product but has a movement issue that is solvable
The sensor pad/transmitter and box receiver are easily synched. The alarm volume is adjustable, which is nice. However, the corner pads provided to keep the sensor pad in place don't keep the sensor pad in place. After 6 weeks the alarm stopped working. According to a YouTube video, elastic clips used to be provided by the company. (Although the clips are not currently provided, the pad still has 4 loops on the edges of the sensor pad for these clips.) Our caregiver said that if the sensor pad gets a deep crease/fold in it, it will not transmit. I placed the pad on the floor and put weights on it to straighten out the creases. Then I made my own elastic clips with electrical alligator clips and coated hair/ponytail elastics. (See photo.) Thread the elastic loop thru the pad holes, slide the alligator clip through the loop and clip the alligator clip to the bed liner. These hold the pad in place quite well, so it can't crease/fold. To get the transmitter to work again I had to "reboot" the transmitter by turning it off for a few seconds. Then, turning it back on. It now works like charm.

Best invention ever!
Works amazing, using it for my 84 year old mother in law who likes to get out of bed around 3-4 in the morning, now we know when she gets up and can be right there to help her go to the bathroom and direct her back to bed after

Best alarm ever for elderly parents who roam at night
A life saver when we ordered this for my elderly mom who was up all hours of the night. Alarm was consistent and accurate and would alert us as soon as she lifted off her mattress. Can't say enough good things about this and how many falls it saved her.

Great product
This product is amazing. We purchased this because we are taking care of a family member with dementia and night time wandering. The sensor pad allows us to be aware of when she is getting out of bed at night.

not very practical
This was not very helpful. It would bunch up and crackle when they moved in the bed, waking them up with the noise and discomfort. The alarm was loud enough to awaken us to the fact they had gotten up, but the discomfort they experienced meant they were getting up quite often during the night.

Perfect-ish with a few flaws
On the one hand, is perfect for what we needed, something to wake me up in one bedroom, when my elderly father with dementia wakes up in his room, so that I can get up and make sure that he just goes to the bathroom and back, rather than wandering about in the dark, and possibly having a wee in some other random place in the house, making the floor wet, and possibly then slipping on it. Three criticisms though… it comes with sticker pads to keep it in place, and they don’t stick, every morning I have to reposition it. I can’t put it under their mattress protector, which would help, as theirs zips round the whole mattress and there’s a plastic box that needs to hang down freely at the side of the bed… secondly, that same little plastic box has a bright little led light on it which is really evident at night. Really we want our elderly relatives to be blissfully unaware they’re laying on this alarm pad, not draw attention to it as some would then make a point of trying to remove it and thirdly, most frustrating .. the remote unit has three fairly flat identical buttons to adjust volume/ pair it/ and stop the current alarm..and in the dark there’s no way of quickly distinguishing which button you need to press to just quickly stop the loud alarm when it wakes you up, before it wakes everyone else up too. We haven’t told Dad the alarm is even there as he’d think he was being a nuisance if he knew that every time he gets up in the night ( hourly ) that he was waking me up too, or he’d hear the alarm going off every few secs while I’m fumbling to turn it off and he’d follow the sound and come in my room when we really need to get him to the bathroom asap. He must just think I too have an incredibly weak bladder as I magically appear beside him in the bathroom every hour. As for the button I’ve stuck a piece of Velcro so I can now stop the alarm as soon as I hear it but for £125 it’s a definite design fault. As others have said, the remote batteries are just AA and replaceable, ours are going strong after a month but once the main pad battery runs out you have to buy a whole new one at £125.. it’s a shame you can’t return the whole thing after the approx 12 months it is supposed to last, and buy its replacement at a discount but yes it works well, through closed doors, and as soon as I hear it sound I know any minute now Dad will come out of his room and go shuffling down the hall aimlessly trying to find the bathroom with me in hot pursuit.

Not fit for purpose so a waste of money.
The item arrived crumpled with a big crease where it had been folded, which I cannot remove. The stickers which are supposed to stop it from moving around the bed do not stick to the mattress so the item noisily moves around the bed or drops off it. This item is very poor and not fit for purpose. An expensive mistake buying this item, which I would urge others not to make. If it worked properly it would be a useful aid for the elderly and vulnerable, but sadly it is severally flawed.

Would recommend (so far)
Really good so far, easy to use, my client moves in her sleep but it hasn't triggered the alarm.
