I’m a 46-year-old overweight man, and for the past 10 years, my snoring has been nothing short of legendary—loud enough that neighbors 30 feet away could hear it through the walls. I didn’t want that to be my path. I stumbled upon the Sleep Guard Mouthguard on TikTok and figured I had nothing to lose. The concept is simple but genius—it positions your lower jaw forward, like a forced underbite, preventing your tongue and soft tissue from collapsing and blocking your airway at night. The molding process isn’t perfect—it took me about 10 tries to get it right—but once I did, the results were incredible. I now sleep through the night, completely silent. I wake up refreshed, alert, and surprisingly, I’ve started losing weight without even trying. I believe this product has genuinely improved my quality of life and possibly extended it. My only suggestion would be to include a better molding tray, like what dentists use. But overall, I cannot recommend the Sleep Guard highly enough.

I ended up buying a "real" mouth guard through my dentist because it was covered by my insurance. However, this product works fine. Just don't leave it in the hot water too long or it will melt.

The description for this product is deceptive and the product is just an ordinary EVA mouth guard - the exact same material and construction you would find in a dental mouth guard for sale in a drugstore chain for a few dollars. They prominently display a box that says “slim 3mm design”. Slim compared to what? Waste of $20.

These are better built than most you can find. That makes them a little more clunky in the mouth and a little more finagling to get them to form directly. Pretty great other than that!

Yes these are big, but that's what I need! I am a big guy with a big mouth and big teeth. All my other mouth guards get shredded to pieces within a couple of months, but these have lasted me a long time. The quality and durability is amazing, the price is great, and they are very comfortable and don't develop sharp edges. They also don't yellow like my other mouthguards do for some reason.10/10, the only brand I will buy from now on.
