OXO Steel 11-in Whisk

I like the construction and durability of the whisk. I also like that the balloon is not too big/wide bc it makes it easier for storage.

I like that it stays put in the small bowl I scramble my eggs in. The old one would fall out. It is quality stainless and will last the rest of my life.

I like the size, it works well in a microwave stirring Cream of Wheat or Rice. It looks good, and I sometimes rinse it clean, but usually just put it in the dishwasher. Depends on what is on the tool.

Got this whisk because the normal one (rubber handle) is constantly rated as the best whisk by multiple review sites, decided to get the all stainless version because I tend to leave utensils in pots, and anything plastic starts to melt. Anyway, looks and feels great on the first few uses, can't speak to longevity yet but most of my OXO products last decades. I do have an All-Clad non-stick whisk which does feel like it’s better quality but it's also about 3 times the price, I’d say this good quality for the price. Just hope it lasts. Will update if anything changes.

We love this whisk. It has taken the top spot from our other equally capable whisk. The handle feels smooth and comfortable in the hand so we read for this one more often now.

I was looking for a metal whisk without the loop and this meets all my criteria; no useless handle loop, stiff and tight whisk head, nothing coated in silicone, and even an ergonomic handle makes this comfortable to use. Good for small to medium batches, but I may also have to order the larger one for whipping cream. Another winning tool from Oxo.

This is a very nice - much better than one it replaced. Many of the cheap ones allow water to get in the handle, especially if you are lazy like me and put your whisk in the dishwasher. This one doesn't collect water in the handle. My old one has a plastic handle that was chrome plated. The chrome started peeling off. Again, probably due the dishwasher. This one has a metal handle. It's been through the dishwasher 20 times so far with no problems an no rust, which means that the handle is also stainless steel. I can't imaging how anyone would find anything to complain about with this OXO whisk.

El mango es sólido y con un buen peso, lo alambres son duros y en general la calidad es muy buena pero lo mejor es el tamaño. Yo preparo comida para 2 personas o máximo 3 y solo tenía un batidor grande (normal) y uno pequeño. El grande es muy grande para batir un par de huevos o preparar un aderezo en un tazón chico y el chico tiene un mango muy corto y siempre termina adentro de lo que esté preparando.Este batidor tiene el tamaño perfecto para mezclar en el fondo de una taza medidora (la típica pyrex de 250 ml) o para batir en un tazón de 2 litros o en la sartén o en una cazuela de 3 o 4 litros sin problema. Lo tengo desde hace apenas unos días y es el único que he usado desde entonces.

I prefer this all steel whisk to the one with the plastic handle. The 9" is small enough for beating one egg and large enough to handle cake batter. Love it!
