Excellent service and result. I'd had an awful experience with the 3D Printer option even after 3 attempts.with the poor fit it caused my teeth to loosen, and are still unstable. I've used a 3D printer as a therapist, which seemed the progressive option. But No! I'm so glad ClearRetain offers this. It's so much more accurate. The staff were extremely patient in helping me achieve a good impression - sent me replacement putty as needed, and adjusted the retainers as needed. Retainers were beautifully made. I'm very grateful to them.

Excellent customer service! I received the kit and did my impressions as instructed. I sent pictures of the impressions and heard back in one day. They notified me that the top impression did not capture the back teeth but that I could wear it that way if I wanted. I preferred to have the retainer cover all of my teeth so they sent me another tray and extra “cement” at no extra cost for me to do another impression. I sent pictures again, and heard back the same day that the impression looked good. Sent my impressions in a received the upper and lower retainer within about a week. The quality of the retainers seems to be excellent. I have only had them for a few days but have worn at night to bed every night with no issues. This replaced an Invisalign retainer that I had because of a new crown. I expect they will last for many years but if I do need to do new ones I would definitely order from Clear Retain again.

I recently purchased the ClearRetain retainers kit from Amazon, and I have to say that my experience with the product and the company has been quite frustrating. After receiving the kit a few days later, I encountered difficulties while trying to take the impression. It was a challenging process, and I had to email a picture of the impression to ClearRetain for approval.Unfortunately, it took nearly three days for them to respond to my email, and when they did, they requested more impressions. This was quite disappointing as I had followed all the instructions provided and sent the initial impressions as instructed. Feeling frustrated, I decided to ignore their email.After a few more days, ClearRetain finally sent another email acknowledging the receipt of my impressions, but they stated that they did not have approval yet. They mentioned that the impressions would be sent to the laboratory and warned that if they were rejected, additional fees would be added. This further aggravated my dissatisfaction, and I decided to request a refund explicitly in my email correspondence with them.To my surprise, ClearRetain proceeded with creating the retainers and even provided a tracking number for the shipment back to me. At this point, I was still adamant about receiving a refund and made it clear in my communication with them. If the issue persists, I am considering initiating a chargeback through Amazon.Overall, my experience with ClearRetain has been marred by delays, poor communication, and a lack of adherence to my refund request. I am disappointed with the entire process and hope to find a resolution soon.

Perfect Fit and Amazing Customer Service!I had a small issue with my first retainer, but the ClearRetain team was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. They guided me step by step with clear instructions, reviewed my photos, and sent a new impression kit. The replacement retainer arrived quickly and fits perfectly! I’m so impressed by their professionalism, patience, and attention to detail. Highly recommend ClearRetain — they truly care about their customers.

Given two trys to make the molds. Second attempt and send in pictures in to the company my molds were accepted. After mailing the molds to the company a few weeks later I received the new retainers. They fit perfect.

Great customer service! I used up all of my putty without usable impressions, but they sent me more at no charge. The retainer fits just like the old one I had from the orthodontist. The company was very nice to deal with and the only thing that took time was the shipping. If you need a retainer within a week to keep your teeth from shifting, I wouldn’t recommend. If you can wait a couple weeks for it to arrive though, completely worth it!

I was worried about the fit and quality. The first time putting them on was hard and kind of tight, but after a couple days it was easier.They feel snug but they are still comfortable. No pinching, gouging or causing sores like the first time I started wearing retainers. After loosening up, the retainers are comfortable.As for the quality, I was worried they would be thin like the last ones I got from the dentist. I clench my teeth at night and wore holes right though those retainers.These new ones are smooth and firm with just the right amount of thickness. I've only had them for about a month so I hope they will last longer than the last ones.So far, so good.. I would recommend and order again. :)

I was a bit skeptical when I came across these. But once I got them I read over the instructions and gave it a try. I did take a few tries to get the mold correct and use the correct size tray. Once you complete the mold you send pictures to the Manufacture and they replied back within 24 hour to let me know it if was ok or if they needed to be done again. I had to do it 3 times. They even sent me more molding to get the fit correct. After it was complete I mailed the molds in and they sent me finished product back. They work great. They are a great value for the money spent. The mouth guard is better then my first name brand that I bought years ago and needed to replace. The fit is perfect and comfortable.
