Sturdy bench with no assembly needed, apart from attaching the foot brace, which takes seconds. Folds and unfolds easily for storage. Seat position changes quickly. Comfortable, does the job as required, and looks great. Review: Would recommend this value-for-money bench - Compact ✔️ Adjustable ✔️ Lightweight ✔️ Comfortable ✔️ Value for money ✔️ Easy to assemble ✔️ Sturdy - doesn’t tilt ✔️ Feet leverage doesn’t get in the way ✔️ No built-in pocket to place support rods 🥀 Seat foundation is stiff so your glutes start to ache if you sit on it for extended periods 🥀 Decent quality workout bench for shoulder and bench presses. I’m 5’9 and don’t have any issues with its height (some people are unhappy about the backrest being too short to lean your head back but I don’t have any issues with this). Be careful not to lose the rods. Note: the seat is delicate so if you put too much weight on either edge e.g tricep dips as the glue holding it can cause it to bend but still comfortable. ## Features - MULTI-POINT ADJUSTMENT: Choose from 6 backrest settings up to 75°, 4 seat positions and 3 foot-support positions. Configure the adjustable weight bench for incline, flat and decline training as your exercise routine changes. - STABLE 600 LB SUPPORT: A reinforced steel frame, double-tube support and triangular structure help keep the gym bench stable during controlled exercise. The bench supports up to 600 lb, while non-slip feet protect hard floors. - TRAIN MORE MUSCLE GROUPS: Use this workout bench for dumbbell bench press, shoulder press, one-arm rows, sit-ups and core exercises. The adjustable angles support chest, shoulders, back, arms, abs and leg training at home. - FOLDS IN SECONDS: Pull the locking pins to fold the weights bench after training, then store it in a corner, wardrobe or other suitable space. Its compact folding design is ideal for flats, bedrooms, garages and small home gyms. - SUPPORTIVE PADDED SURFACE: Foam padding supports the back and seat during controlled lifting, while the PU leather surface wipes clean easily. Adjustable foot support and non-slip floor caps complete this practical home exercise bench. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0CH8K1L8C | | Best Sellers Rank | 3,015 in Sports & Outdoors ( See Top 100 in Sports & Outdoors ) 7 in Adjustable Fitness Benches | | Brand | Panana | | Brand Name | Panana | | Colour | Black | | Country of Origin | China | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 249 Reviews | | Frame Material | Alloy Steel | | Frame material | Alloy Steel | | Item Dimensions D x W x H | 32D x 105.5W x 108H centimetres | | Item Highlight | 6 backrest, 4 seat and 3 foot positions; 600 lb workout bench for incline, flat, decline and dumbbell strength training | | Item Weight | 22 Kilograms | | Item weight | 22 Kilograms | | Manufacturer | Panana | | Material | Stainless Steel | | Part Number | J168BKYL01 | | Product dimensions | 32D x 105.5W x 108H centimetres | | Size | W 103.5 x D 32 x H 108cm | | UPC | 710917410044 710917958898 710917312539 710917009965 | | Weight Capacity Maximum | 600 Pounds | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Panana - **Colour:** Black - **Frame material:** Alloy Steel - **Item weight:** 22 Kilograms - **Manufacturer:** Panana - **Material:** Stainless Steel - **Product dimensions:** 32D x 105.5W x 108H centimetres - **Size:** W 103.5 x D 32 x H 108cm - **Weight limit:** 600 Pounds ## Images ![Weight Benche - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71o0-3ZlqBL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great quality at a low price *by K***5 on 12 March 2026* Very happy with the purchase.
