I give this brand 5 stars for being a complex of magnesium, covering all the magnesium bases. I had a little problem though; upon opening the bottle, there was mag powder that had leaked out, amounting to about two caps, most of which settled to the bottom of the container. I will probably find some empties, as I use this bottle. I didn't waste the powder, I ate it. This is a first with this product, always no problems before. A good product at a good price will have me buying more if it doesn't happen again on the next shipment.

I feel confident using this brand. I've done my research. It uses clean high quality magnesium at just the right dosage to provide optimal results for health. The only disappointing factor for me is it's missing magnesium L-Threonate (the one that crosses the blood/brain barrier for help in preventing dementia) I had to buy it separately.

Seems to works greatI Have only used two bottles of this so might give it five stars later, but its still sorta new to me. Ive lso taken bio-optimizer magnesium breakthrough powder but this is such a better price. I take a green drink with some magnesium so I only take this once or twice a week, before bed. I only take one or two capsules when I do because when I took three I woke up with a slight headache. I take it with a small bite of cheese or tsp of peanut butter to make sure it absorbs. I take magnesium because I'm menopausal, oh joy, and the magnesium complex really seems to help relax me and I believe its one of the reasons why my blood pressure is better than its ever been. My daughter also works in a physically demanding job at all hours and this has helped her muscles settle and relax for sleep. Also great for digestion.

If you are looking for something to assist with bad leg cramps at night this is for you. I have been taking Magnesium complex for over a year and have not had a severe cramp since I started taking the supplement. I am 72 years old and it has been safe for me.

Good for low magnesium

I’ve been taking the stuff for over a year now and it works great. But I don’t know if I’m starting to become more resistant to it at first I was only taking one pill every night to go to bed. But later on I found out that the true dose is three pills. I don’t wanna overdose but lately I’ve been taking two pills and it’s been calming me down letting me sleep better and also calming my anxiety a little bit. Call it crazy but I think it’s giving me better. Sleep too. Highly recommend it.
