How Did I Ever Live Without This?
I bake - a lot. Previously, I have always used a regular grater to zest citrus for my baking. It was uncomfortable, difficult and didn't produce much zest for the effort expended. So I finally bought a dedicated zester, hoping it would be easier.And it is SO MUCH EASIER! Really, if you need or want to use fresh zest, you absolutely need one of these. It is easy to use, so very easy to clean and stores well in the protective sleeve.

Good buy
Very easy to use, came in good condition, no dents or dullness, easy to clean, and I dont have trouble with accidentally rubbing my skin against it (as long as I don't press down too hard anyway) would buy again, but I don't think I'll need to!

Supposed to grate ginger without making it into a paste.
Have not used this yet. I bought it because BonAppetite said it is the best for grating ginger.
