Works well
Doesn’t seem as good of quality as most hand tools I buy from kobalt, Stanley, or even some from Workpro. But everything aligns well, has a good grip, and it works at a fair price. It reminds me of old craftsman tools which liked to rust, so I will keep an eye on it. Joint is very tight. Overall nothing major to complain about. Great tool to have in the toolbox if you work on cars.

Works great
Great set of pliers. Well built and works great with electrical connectors that are weathered and stuck. Very happy with the purchase

My favorite electrical tool.
These tools are my favorite electrical tools in my toolbox. They are very well made, the metal is thick and should last indefinitely if used as intended, and electrical disconnect plier. I got my dad and cousin a pair as well. They love them too.

Not US-made, but good quality. Game change for oddly placed connectors.
Be aware that while Lisle is a US-based brand, this is not a US-made product. That said, the product is solid and well finished without any sharp or odd machining. Parts that are supposed to align do align. Grip is comfortable. Had I known the provenance, I might have looked harder for US- or European-made brand, but I don't regret the purchase. This is my fourth Lisle tool, and while they've been sourced from many countries they all seem good quality.

Best peculiar pliers
I'm a huge Knipex fan. But these bad boys are probably the single best pair of pliers you can own if you are a DIY or regularly disconnect harnesses/ sensors. Buy them!

A Reasonable Pair of Pliers for the Job
Based on the general rectangular shape of the electrical connectors on my Chrysler / Mopar vehicles, and the access and angle of attack usually needed, I chose these pliers. I did slip short pieces of small diameter tubing onto the ends of the claws to make them "fatter". Although I used a different tool on the locking tabs, I had good success releasing and pulling the connectors on the spark plug coils on my Ram 1500 pickup, 5.7 liter V8. I expect them to be useful for most other automotive electrical connector removal.
