Why is this more than twice the price it sells for in the shops?

Works well

My dog has developed an allergy since we moved, and will chew himself raw. The vet has prescribed pills that reduce his itch, but this cream is effective when the pills aren't enough. He has come to realise it brings relief and no longer resists the application.

Seriously couldn’t live without this cream.. for some reason when my skin starts feeling itchy I could scratch it untill it bleeds! I keep this cream in the fridge so it’s COLD, the utter relief I get from applying this cream is unreal. Anyone who suffers with itching I definitely recommend this cream, used to be able to get it from the GP on prescription but not any more, so I was glad to find the big 100g tubes on Amazon.Highly recommended
