Great Display. Heavily used and functions as designed very reliable every time. Connectivity is quick, remembers previous settings and is the definition of plug in and play. I had a great interaction with their customer service as well. Great value for the money spent. Travel very frequently with multiple displays. Very lightweight as well, which makes travel a breeze. Comes with additional cables.

I purchased this portable 4K monitor (or rather a previous years model) about 20 months ago. I traveled with it all over the US and Europe, using it as a second screen for my laptop. It was a great monitor, until it started acting up a few weeks ago, dropping the connection, reconnecting, dropping, reconnecting, and so on. After about 2 weeks, the monitor stayed black.Things like this happens with electronics, and it was still under warranty(!). I contacted the manufacturer through email, explained the problem and described how I had tried different things (replaced the cables, switched USB ports on both laptop and monitor, changed refresh rate).Within just a few hours, I had a response from their customer service/support team. They asked me to send the monitor back, and they would send me a new one. They mailed me a prepaid UPS label for the return, and even shipped the new monitor before I was able to ship the old one back.I am extremely pleased with the service from UPERFECT.But what about the monitor itself? I loved my first monitor, and the new model is as well made, and the display is as crisp and nice as the old one. The only real difference I have noticed is that the brightness on the new model has about 7 or 8 distinct steps, while the old one had many more (smaller) steps. I actually prefer the newer settings.My wife recently purchased two slightly smaller screens, to extend her laptop screen, largely du to my experience with this brand. We are very happy with the quality and value for money of this line of portable monitors. They are durable, light-weight and the picture is extremely good. No, it is not an OLED screen, but for this price point, the quality is better than I would have expected.If the old monitor would have been out of warranty, I would not have hesitated to buy a new one from UPERFECT. And after experiencing their great customer service, I would recommend them to anyone.

I purchased two of these to use as additional monitors to use with a Dell Precision 5540 laptop. I'll be doing some extended travelling, and wanted to find monitors that were as similar to the laptop screen as possible, while being Vesa-mountable to a large custom lap desk that I made for the trip.One of the issues with using external monitors on that laptop is that it has a 4k resolution, and Windows 10 still isn't great at managing multiple resolutions/DPIs in my opinion. Dragging windows from laptop to monitor, for example, will cause the snap feature to interfere with the dragging, causing the mouse to feel a "bump" between screens sometimes.Overall these monitors are great for my purposes. Both are working without any problems out of the box. The picture is clear and easy to see, and resolution is 4k as advertised. Size-wise they are very similar to the laptop screen. Even the bezel widths on the sides and bottom are nearly identical. The style is also very similar. They mounted easily on two 75mm Vesa mounts, and look really slick sitting on each side of the the laptop screen.Controls and menus are pretty easy to use, and the variety of ports is nice. My 100w docking station will drive one monitor via USB-C connection without plugging in an additional power source (I can only do one through USB-C, as my docking station only has one USB-C output).One thing to be careful of here is that my docking station either didn't have enough bandwidth (think it's like 24GB or something) or power capacity or both to drive both monitors at full resolution at the same time. It's no fault of the monitors, but I ended up needing to get an adapter with an inline external video card to run both at 4k at the same time. Without it, Windows 10 kept restricting them to 1080p max resolution when both were attached.The only potentially negative thing I have to say is that they are not as bright as my laptop monitor, but they are bright enough to be comparable. They also have a matt rather than a glossy surface like the laptop screen, which may be affecting my perception here.They also aren't touchscreen, which I knew about when I purchased them, but I would have preferred if a touchscreen version were available (laptop screen is a touchscreen). UPERFECT does have 4k touch monitors in this size, but they aren't (at least at the time of this writing) Vesa-mountable, which was a requirement for me.In summary, these are overall great monitors for anyone looking to have "nice" looking monitors to sit beside a 15.6" laptop with 4k resolution. I've loved these so far, and very happy with the purchase.
