My husband and I tried this out because we both have sleep issues.. I wake up a lot in the middle of the night.. the first night I tried it I slept for 5hrs straight.. which never happens!! 2nd night same thing! So all in all it was a win for me. I have terminal insomnia meaning I wake up at 2am for 2 hours before getting back to sleep. Simply put, these didn't help. I attached to upper arm one night, abdomen another without success that I could detect. Too bad because the concept is great but not for me.

Although I don’t think they worked great alone…I am a major insomniac who also works night shift and I’ve never found anything non prescription that works alone. I did however feel that using it with Zzzquil seemed to make me fall asleep quicker than zzzquil alone. Also my daughter felt it work d great for her and she absolutely LOVES these! She hates the taste of melatonin gummies so she loves this alternative that she just sticks to her stomach and she’s good to go…to sleep that is!

I have to retract my first initial review…I said it did nothing, which it didn’t using only one patch. Then I read the ingredients and realized it only had a fraction of the ingredients compared to a known brand. So, I put 4 patches on! Slept like a baby! I am going to go with the other brand though…it will only take one patch instead of 4. But it is nice to finally sleep! Thank you! 🙏🏻❤️😴

I decided to try these patches not really expecting any results. I am thrilled to report that I have used these for 9 nights now and they work great. I have tried many different things to help me sleep since I began menopause and I must say these actually work. I still wake up to go to the bathroom during the night but fall back to sleep once I get to bed. Hopefully they will continue to work for me.

Really hoping to have it work but it did absolutely NOTHING to me.No effect and no sleep :(
