This is the perfect replacement for the worn out ear pads. They are comfortable and easy to install. I have worn them for hours and have found that the cooling gel does its job. Very comfortable.

When I purchased these ear pads I felt I would have a really hard time finding very soft and comfortable foam pads to replace the amazing Sony OEM pads. While these are not identical they are just about as close as you can get to the super plush soft pads that come with this $300 headset.I’ve owned these replacement ear pads for over a month now and use them on a daily basis. they are so soft that I hardly even notice that I’m wearing headphones and even fall asleep sometimes. This is an excellent quality product especially at this price point!

If you have one of the older Sony headsets and the ear pads are completely worn out because they're a little bit old. I still have the xm3s and I almost got rid of them because the earcups were just that bad. After a few years. After buying these, the headset completely fills new again. The noise canceling works as well as it did from day one because the earcups are actually full of padding. This is a very great way to keep those headphones going, whether you're going to work out with them or whether you're using them for flights or just whatever the use case may be even walking around in the park or anything. I can manage to wear my Sony's longer without heat-up or sweat now. Fits perfect. Takes some patience to install but it's pretty simple. Wish it came in white.

Snapped right on using the plastic pry tool included with the covers. These are as comfortable as the OEMs and if they last a year of constant use it is well worth it. These are the 2nd pair in 3 years of use so I'm really satisfied considering they're used 12 hours a day at work.
