Delivered on time, nice packaging, very nice powder. It smells good and looks good, though I haven't used it to make biscuits yet. But it seems so very fresh that I'm confident it will taste good, too.

Good consistency and I can taste the butter milk. I keep it on hand so I can make from scratch biscuits without having to have fresh buttermilk

I have only used the product one time so far, but upon opening the bag you had a strong buttermilk smell, unlike some products that call themselves buttermilk powder, and the campfire biscuits tasted as they should. Next try will be camping pancakes.

I love the flavor of buttermilk in baked goods. My mom drank it and always had it on hand. I don’t drink it and avoid recipes that use it because I don’t keep it around. A beautiful shelf stable powder that can be used as I need it. Very handy.

Not what I expected, possibly got a bad batch. I was making ranch seasoning and the smell of this was rancid, clumpy texture, and poor rehydration. I was hoping for more.

The buttermilk powder came right away. It is soft, finely powdered, and is in a cute resealable pouch. And the pouch actually reseals, which some products in a pouch don't. So no spillage when put away.

I can’t speak to the taste of this as I got this to put in a glass jar with honey powder to scoop out and add to my bath water. I can say that the smell is nice and clean, and it’s smooth and makes me feel like Cleopatra when I’m in that milk and honey bath with some dried flowers sprinkled in. I have a snack bar for the soul next to my tub with all kinds of goodies for bathing.
