It's made from stainless steel. Works great to help turn pizzas around in my Breeo pizza oven. Cleans up easily with it's nice smooth finish. If I had one compliant, it's that I wish the handle was longer but that's on me to measure before I buy.

This thing is the thing you didn’t know that you absolutely need. It’s so nice and long that you can rotate your pizza without getting hot. It gives full control to move it, rotate it etc. It takes a little practice. I highly recommend it.

For the price this is an excellent purchase! It works just as well as the more expensive products at a fraction of the price. The pizzas don’t stick to the peel when turning it and the surface is easy to clean. So far we have no issues with rust, but do wonder how long the product will last since the back of it is open to the handle and can trap water (as seen in the photo). We have just been careful when cleaning it to make sure water doesn’t get trapped and it hasn’t been an issue yet so fingers crossed it doesn’t!
