This looks amazing and I honestly do think it changed the sound quality! I used this to set the anti skate setting (which I definitely did not have set correctly, making this item immediately worth it!) then switched back to the rubber mat and played a song, switched the rubber out for this platter and played that song again to compare and noticed more definition and clarity! Things just sounded a bit sharper, plus it really does look coolAbsolutely would recommend, great value great upgrade

Very nice addition to the turntable. My OEM felt mat would stick to the album when removing it, making it necessary to replace it most every time you change or flip the record. It became a bit of a PITA. This replacement mat is working great so far. Not sure if I can discern any appreciable improvement in the quality of the sound, but could be a little bit cleaner now. The cool factor is definitely there. When the light from the window or from the TV hits it, it has a soft green glow. The only issue I had was the dang heavy paper protector glued on it for shipping. It was tricky to remove but I found out that if you use your fingertips to kind of get a roll started, it would start to come off in pretty large chunks.

Looks awesome. Has a nice glow to it also. Goes well with my Viborg weight/leveler. Highly recommend.

The worst thing about it was the packaging. It came in a cool outer covering. Once it was removed from that case, then came the sticky part. The whole mat was covered by cardboard that had been stuck on and was very hard to remove.The mat itself slipped right onto my ATLP60X, no spindle hole problems, although it was a little large (not large enough to be an issue). Its actually less thick than the mat that origianlly came with the player, this also has no impact (its by a few mm).The bass is definitely clearer and the siderim is flourescent or so it seems.

It works great and looks great. But man, getting that cover off is serious work. Also, I ordered it in green, the outer envelope said it was green, but it was orange. Still looks okay but green would have been better.

A very classy upgrade to the old platter mat. This new acrylic mat looks fantastic on my vintage Technics SL-1900 and fits perfectly. The spindle hole is just large enough to allow a slight pressure fit. However, I can't speak for how it sounds compared to the old worn-out rubber mat.

The fluorescent green is insane and helps provide more of a balanced and more firm sound!

Perfect upgrade for a rega planar 2. Makes colored vinyls look better.
