love the levels of rewards
With this responsibility chart, my daughter and I can discuss areas in which she has room to grow instead of reverting to an ‘all or nothing’ way of rewarding behaviors. The aliens depict difficulty completing a task, the half stars symbolize some effort was noticed, and the full stars show independence in completing a task. Totals for the week for each behavior/task can be written in dry erase marker. This is a helpful reminder for the parent to focus on re-teaching expectations for those tasks the child has demonstrated as areas of weakness

Easy for Kids to follow!
This has worked out great! As the kids get older, I am trying to teach them responsibility around the house. By setting up this chart, the kids can follow their expectations. Some of the chores have to be done by the end of the week. This has been great; they check the chart and when they complete the work and then come to show me so that they can get their star. They also know what the reward is at the end of the week. We also use this for counting. I just wish this could be adapted, or that there was a version for multiple kids in the house. Things get a little confusing with more than one kid. With the size it was not feasible to have one for each child. But overall, this is a great idea, the kids now check the chart vs. asking me. Then we sit down on the weekend and figure out how they did and change things up for new responsibilities for the next week.

Great for teaching young kids responsibility!
I use this board for my 7- & 4-year-old, the design is cool, so it drew them in and picking and choosing their own chores and responsibilities has been great for them since they're making their own choices, they complete the tasks! They understand the stars and aliens way better than the x's or check marks on other boards!

Solid construction
The quality of the board and magnetic tiles is very good and reminds me of a premium board game. I like that the focus of the tasks are around "responsibilities", instead of arbitrary things you want your kids to do. But as a parent who values intrinsic motivation over external motivators such as stickers, I would use this tool very sparingly. As it turns out, kids (esp toddlers) already intrinsically want to do many of the responsibilities on the list, such as helping to fold laundry, without requiring an external motivator. I may consider using this tool to break some of my toddler's bad habits (such as not cleaning up his toys after playing).I think this tool may be more effective for older kids who no longer willingly offer up their time to do chores (such as washing dishes or mowing the lawn) but would love to work towards the latest play station or Nintendo console with a point system.Funny enough, my kid actually wanted to earn the "aliens" instead of the "stars" because he thinks the aliens are cooler. I had to explain to him that the aliens are "-1" points, stars are "+1" points, and half stars are "0.5" points to make sense of the situation. The biggest problem I have with the design of the board is that it is very heavy and I haven't found a good place to mount it yet without it possibly causing a lot of damage as it swings around (the hinge on the back pokes out and definitely will damage whatever surface it brushes up against.). For now, I put it on the carpet.

Impressed!
What we like:- the magnets stick great but aren’t so strong that a younger child can’t get them off.- the quality of the frame is really nice.- it’s really motivating, even more so than we expected.- while there is a small number of tasks, the place you put the tasks is dry erase so you could write in your own.- it folds in half nicely in case you didn’t want it constantly displayed, however the display helps with motivation so not sure how much we would use that feature. Some things to consider:- some tasks may not happen every day so do you give them the full star like if they did it? Or something else? There isn’t a magnet that fits this scenario so just something to consider.- the white part on the bottom is a very glossy dry erase, but the top isn’t. It has erased well so far but I do have a bit of a concern about whether there will be erasing issues later on. But only time will tell on this one.- it’s pretty big, so if you have multiple children and had multiple of them it could take up a lot of wall space.

Battat Education Kids Chore Reward Chart
The grandkids were drawn to this due to the bright colors and cool images. While the initial idea is great, this chart is definitely easier to use with a single child. Multiple children would probably be able to utilize this more easily if the kids were older. Ours are 2-4-6, so it is sometimes confusing. All in all, it is a sturdy product and worth a try!

Made with excellence
Compared to other chore charts, I like how this one is not tightly consolidated and allows spaces between each selected chore as well as on each day, which is staggered for easy tracking. The bottom part of the chart is a “storage “ for the unused stars and other chores to be swapped in/out.The board itself is made of a durable natural colored wood, so is durably sturdy but not incredibly heavy.Comes with a clip on the side, for a dry erase marker and the top mounting string is securely attached.Pretty impressed with the overall integrity of this chore chart.

Tolle Tafel - klare Empfehlung
Ganz ehrlich? Top Produkt. Super Verarbeitung. Motivierende Darstellung. Die Kinder lieben sie. Nun müssen Mama und Papa bloss noch den richtigen Platz dafür finden. Mit Bohren.. Das Teil ist nämlich richtig schwer..!

Great for encouragement
We’ve been looking for a reward chart for our two ASD kids for some time but nothing quite gave us what we needed. I was ready to make my own when I saw this! Finally a chart that you can customise with your own activities and not only that, you can reward them with half a star for giving something a try! No more “success and failure”, now we can encourage with equal reward and that works so well for my son and daughter.
