Supposed to be many in a pack, but only received 1, so asked for a refund.

Not as pictured
I ordered these because they were individually wrapped in a pouch with a key ring attached. The pouch and key ring were the entire reason I ordered these specifically . On arrival they are all individually wrapped in flimsy zip bags. Therefore not fit for purpose. Really really not impressed but I absolutely have to have one for tomorrow as I'm training people. Not enough time to reorder or return. so I will not be giving them each one tomorrow.

No pouches for Resus aids!
I ordered the CPR Shields for my first aid class, as a gift aftre having a difficult time, they arrived in a plastic bag, no pouch! the mouth shield was good, but we wanted the pouches as the class were all school teachers and they were to clip on thier lanyards, so it was disappointing, as it did not achieve our aim.

Bad advertising
I ordered these thinking they came in material pouches however these came in plastic flimsy bag not happy. I wanted the ouch and Keyring.

Deceptive
Marketed as showing 3 packs, but you do only received one. This is stated in the description but image is deceptive, and makes the product expensive in comparison to others.

The packages are compact, and upon opening, you have decent-sized shields with strategically placed filters. This helps to ensure no contact will come between you and the other person. This is a great tool to use in an emergency situation. I would definitely buy this product again.

Quick and easy to use

Purchase for our Church, to give to those members who completed our CPR classes. Good to put on key ring and have just in case of emergency. Comes with a mask.

These masks are as advertised, but I was disappointed in how large the pouch is. I always carry a CPR shield, which means that I need to replace them often because the heat affects them, they get dirt on them, etc. I ordered these to replace a shield in a pouch that is only about one and a half inches sqare. These shields have a much larger one-way valve, and therefore take a pouch that is about twice the size of the one I was replacing. If it is going in your purse or pocket, it shouldn't be an issue. If it is going to be on your key chain, however, take the size into account before ordering.
