Works Great!
OK now that i've used this pruner for a year or so i thought i'd finally review it.Long story short i'm impressed. It can easily cut weeds cleanly up to a little less than a 1/4 inch including plants with woody stalks or small tree branches.Used it a lot last Fall and still using it a lot today which has held up well with a little cleaning and oiling.I think people who had broken handles, etc. tried to use this pruner beyond its design by cutting too thick plants or tree branches. Thats what a lopper is for.It has a convenient adjustable length along with a rotatable cutting head easy adjustment.Far as i'm concerned its well worth the money.

Great customer service and very handy item
I have had excellent results with this pole pruner for around 8 months. The other day I was using it on a small branch and *snap!* The tension was gone and item no longer functional.Customer service was very helpful and is sending me a replacement as I'm within the 1-year return window 🥰Otherwise this item is very sharp and stays sharp easy to telescope and being able to extend to 13 ft.

Best yard tool ever!
This just arrived about 20minutes ago. It was ready to use right out of the box! I went straight outside to use it! It is EXACTLY what I wanted. It allows me to reach reach all the places I need to trim ,because it extends to over 5 ft. I am SO happy with this tool! I LOVE that I just have to squeeze the handle to cut the small branches! Thank you, to whoever came up with this tool! I am 78 and it helps me tremendously!

GREAT
It took a minute and a You Tube video to get it set up as no instructions come with it, but I love this tool!

Arrived damaged, wasn't in proper packaging (blaming manufacterer instead of Amazon)
A friend recommended I get this tool as I need something to reach high up areas. But when I got it, it was in a bag instead of an Amazon package and a part of the handle was completely snapped off.Amazon thankfully came by to pick it up and accept that it wasn't in a box, and I got a full refund. The order was likely damaged in shipping, but I don't blame Amazon. I blame the manufacturer for not designing the tool correctly that it can be put in a secure shipping box and assembled by the end user.Never going to buy another tool from them. Such laziness.

No ladder needed!
It works for me. Twigs and small branches up to 1/2 " can be cut. I need full extension of the pole and I can trim my tallest Ligustrum hedge without a ladder. Saves me a ton of work and time. Old dryed out hardwood branches over 1/2" would be tough to cut. Product is well made and should last at least one lifetime.

Watch out for loose screws.
It's a very useful tool, but I had to keep tightening the screws else they would fall out. Once the screw that holds the rotating pivot fell out it would not work at all. The screw doesn't hold anything together, just the head there to stay in the rotating grove. The threads striped so just had to put clear tape over it to keep it from falling out. I'm very handy capped and use it for weeding while sitting in a chair. It's also great for picking lemons from high in the tree.
