Great for my sourdough English muffins!
I needed rings for making sourdough English muffins and these looked like they would be perfect. And they are - well made, conducts heat very well, and is the perfect size for my muffins. I do oil the inside of the rings before I punch out the EM and then place them on my baking sheets to rest before cooking. I think they will be very durable. They wash up very well, too.

Perfect for making hamburger buns
I bought these for making hamburger buns. I've been making buns "freehand" and they were fine, but I'm somewhat picky about things like this and the fact they weren't perfectly round was bugging me. So I saw some other people using these forms to bake their buns in and I bought them. They worked great. I made 120 gram buns in them and they came out beautifully. Next time I'll take a picture and modify my review with a pic. The best part was they didn't stick. I sprayed them very lightly with oil before putting the dough and and they slid right off when they were done. I was honestly expecting to fight to have to get them off. Next time I'm going to try not spraying them at all and see what happens. Regardless, these were perfect for my needs. Both edges (top and bottom) are nicely rolled so no sharp edges.

Wonderful Crumpetes
Not too heavy but not flimsy. Easy to use and easy to clean. They fit 4 into a 10" (measuring the cooking surface across the bottom)) cast iron skillet. I am using the King Aurther recipe and have found that I need 1/3 cup of batter per ring. The crumpets are amazing. Maybe not quite as good as the ones I was getting while in Scotland, but I cannot complain. I would recommend these to my best friend.

Definitely stainless steel — no rust!
These stainless steel rings are heavy for their size and, unlike some silicone rings I have tried, lay flat on the pan or baking sheet. While they do require buttering before baking so food won’t stick, they are a good size to make extra large crumpets, great English muffins and perfect size hamburger buns. I’ve made all of these. Only with the sticky crumpet batter did I take the extra step of lining each ring with a buttered strip of parchment paper and that worked like a charm. No batter of any kind has oozed out from beneath these flat rings. While the rolled edges are not perfected crimped at the single seam, this has not caused any problems for me so far. After use I just soak the rings in soapy water and then they are easy to clean with just a sponge and dried with a towel. Residual water within the rolled edges has evaporated without causing any rust. After having twice as expensive nonstick rings rust after their first washing (returned those to Amazon,) these stainless steel rings seem to be much less hassle even if I do have to butter them before adding dough or batter. While these are not as tall as I’d like, adding parchment strips that are taller than the rings has contained taller buns, crumpets and muffins without any problem. Because our household does not consume eggs, I can’t vouch for these rings cooking those properly, but for my baking purposes I would definitely buy them again.

As described
These are the 4" rings. They produce a small (in my opinion) sized hamburger bun. They work well and are fairly easy to clean. I spray the inside w/oil to help the dough not stick to them. I also have cheese in this dough, so the cheese melts and sticks to the form, but running a butter knife around the edge easily releases the bread. However, getting the baked on cheese off the rings after, is not quite as easy. But I let them soak in hot water and it seems to work easily after that. Would recommend and have already bought more.

Nice quality.
I made crumpets with these rings. I greased them with cooking oil. I found that if l lifted the rings and they were stuck, it meant that l was trying to flip them too soon. If l waited a minute more, the rings slipped off and my crumpets were done all the way through.I would definitely buy these again. They are a generous size and have a heavy, quality feel.

Worked great, not bad price.
My husband was making crumpets for the first time, having never tried them before but he tries to make different things from all over, and they worked great, the price really isn’t that bad considering how many you get. For almost half it cost almost the same price, so it was definitely the better deal for this set.

Perfect Size for English Muffins
I used these to make English muffins, they are the perfect size. I greased them slightly and muffins popped out no issue. I’ve made muffins for years without the rings but these really help prevent the dough from spreading. I previously purchased non-stick rings from Amazon but had to return them because the finish bubbled after first use. I’ve discovered with these rings that non-stick isn’t necessary. Very happy with this purchase!

Perfect
Bought these to make homemade crumpets and they are perfect size. They do seem a tad thin and flimsy but they should last a while
