Better Homes and Gardens New Cook Book (Better Homes & Gardens)

This is the same book I bought 35 years ago as a newlywed. It has been my mainstay over all these years and the old one is literally falling apart. I had despaired of finding a new one, as the modern recipes were not good enough (I gave a new hardback away, I was so disappointed). This edition will last me for another 35 years.

Your basic handbook for the kitchen with recipes for anything you could imagine. Everyone should have a copy!

i like the recipes and the practicality of most of the recipes in this book, good for busy mothers like me.

We found this book gave us a fabulous insight into American cooking.Especially recommend the Spaghetti & Meatballs recipe, one of our favourites.Our house has become legendary for the american menus we dish up at parties

Quite disappointed, print is very small ( even with glasses on could barely see) also printed on cheap beige thin paper.

i did not realised it would be so small and packed with words and no pictures
