Sharp and should cut for a long time. Used to cut some dry bread for making croutons and worked good. Need to apply a little muscle but worked ok.

Ruined 2 knife blanks because the screws supplied with these blades do not get tight they just snap off even with pilot holes drilled. Blades are very sharp but pretty flimsy. Can’t say anything for longevity because of not being able to attach them.

Wanted to make bread saws with my son, these worked great!

the blade is perfect for sourdough cuts like butter.the only issue is if you don't put in the screws a bit to far then there is no tension and it is floppy

Had to go buy some fasteners with a little more meat on them. I snapped half of the screws that came with the blades, even using soap on the threads in the pilot hole.
