Works good . Honey taste is weird .

Inexpensive alternative to other nighttime cold meds. I prefer a liquid at night - no pills to get caught in throat. This formula works great during allergy season and with aches and pains of being old. Helps ease me into sleep. If you're not a fan of the berry flavored cough meds, this one is for you.

I originally picked up the Amazon Basic Care Maximum Strength Nighttime Severe Cold and Flu Relief, Honey Flavor, Multi-Symptom to have on hand for cold season, but honestly, I’ve ended up using it more as a sleep aid when I’m having trouble winding down at night. And wow — this stuff really works for me. Within about 30 minutes, I start feeling relaxed and sleepy, and I end up getting some of the best sleep ever. I seriously sleep like a baby when I take it.The honey flavor is actually pretty decent compared to other nighttime medicines I’ve tried. It’s still medicine, of course, but it’s smoother and less harsh than expected. I also like that it doesn’t leave a terrible aftertaste.One big plus is that I don’t wake up feeling super groggy the next morning. I usually feel rested and refreshed, which is rare for me with nighttime products. The bottle is easy to use, and the price is much better than some of the name-brand options, especially considering it works just as well for my needs.That said, I wouldn’t recommend using it too often unless you actually need it, since it is meant for cold and flu symptoms. Also, if you’re sensitive to drowsy medicine, this stuff is strong — definitely don’t take it unless you’re ready to sleep.Overall, I’m really happy with it and will keep buying it for those nights when I need solid sleep and relief. Since I'm older now I seem to get sick more often and this always helps me feel better, plus I get a good nights rest. I like the honey and cherry flavored ones best.

Works just as well, and tastes better than Nyquil - not to mention it's cheaper too!

I have never liked taking NyQuil (or any off brand) because of the awful taste. This honey version is a welcomed relief from awful tasting medicine.

This cold medicine works well, unfortunately the flavor is rather off-putting. Honestly prefer the other, more mediciney flavor. This just tastes mediciney with a honey-like flavor blended in and the result is not good. It will help you get some sleep and provide relief for your symptoms and the price is not bad.
