If you insert or pull it with dash cam on, might cause loss of software, the dash cam will turn on and off automatically. 2. After using for long time, it might produce fragment, and shows error, the solution is to take out the memory card and format it, then insert back into the cam again. 3. If the suction mount cannot attach on windshield well, please soak the rubber off suction mount into warm water for a moment.
