I bought this CuPiLo back massager chair pad as a gift for my husband, who has an arthritic back. It gives him some noticeable relief from the pain. The CuPiLo massager chair pad has multiple types of massage (pulsating, rolling, etc.), different levels of intensity, 4 massage zones that can be used together or independently, and adjustable heat. The heat and massage can be used together or separately, too. They are controlled by a remote that even has a convenient storage pouch attached to the cushion. The cushion is wide enough for a large adult and is comfortable on its own. Every feature is well-designed. The massager chair pad is excellent quality, appears very durable, and comes with a warranty. I would absolutely recommend this CuPiLo massager chair pad to anyone, either for themselves or as a gift. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

The first thing I noticed was the width of the massager; it is about 18" wide all the way up and down, rounding off towards the ends. Being a 6' male and roughly weighing 210 lbs, I liked how wide the pad is. On other leading brand name massagers I feel like I have to sit on them perfectly or else I'm constantly trying to balance on them, in a sense. I always find myself wishing the seat reached further under my thighs more and that doesn't change with this brand either. The looks of the massager is really nice and it feels soft and pleasant to the touch. The pad is about 2" thick, however, it feels and partially sounds like a dried out sponge versus being a soft squish of memory foam. It still felt like a comfortable padding to sit on though and I sunk in just a tad bit as if it's good memory foam. I have my concerns whether it will hold up for months after use. Upon actually using the massager, I was pleasantly surprised by the massaging motors. They felt really powerful, but not overwhelmingly so. I would say even more powerful than other leading brands. I wish you could control the heat more since I know some people are more sensitive than others. I like a very warm heat and I would say it's decently warm, but could be warmer. The massage modes and intensities on the remote seem the same as any other brand, but I really liked the time options. You can either choose 30, 60, or 90 minutes versus the usual 15, 30, or 60 minutes. All in all, $50 isn't a terrible price tag, but you could probably get a better product for just another $25.

It’s a great massage pad and fits perfectly on my office chair. It’s very comforting on my long days of work as I work from home the hours are very long. It gives my back much needed massage and the heat is optimal as well . Very easy to use and very very durable.

This item absolutely came apart within less that 3 months. Received the order on the 27th of August. Like most people I didn't even get it out of the package and start using it for a couple of days, around Sept.1. On the weekend before thanks giving the upper vibrator starting getting noisy, but because of the Holidays and business, didn't actually contact the company until Thanksgiving morning. Was told that my 90 day free return was expired and I'd have to foot the bill if I wanted to do anything. Before the week was out one of the others started squealing, too. Worked fine for 2 1/2 months, but don't expect them to stand behind this product.Update: Because of previous review, I was contacted by the seller. They considered what I was saying about the actual use time before failure. After a few weeks of communication, they sent a replacement for this item free of charge. Thus, I have an improved review of the customer service, but the item still failed long before the 1 year warranty and even before the free replacement period. I will update again, if the new products merits it.

I give this chair pad 5 stars. It is ready to go right out of the box, just plug it in, sit down, and your tension melts away. The remote is easy to use with many options. It also has a timer which I find beneficial. You have multiple options for massage from kneading to vibrations, rolling, and pulsing. Or you can have them cycle through. What I love most is the ability to have heat while this pad massages you. That is not typical with most pads which makes this a game changer. I also love that you can lay the pad down on the couch, bed or wherever you need it. This gives you the flexibility to sit or lay down while the heat and massage help take care of tension and aches. I will say, that this is not capable of a deep massage but for minor aches and tension, it does just fine. Using this pad after a long day at work has become a highlight of coming home. I highly recommend this massager pad.

Super bummed by this. Seems to be on par with other brands in the same product category -- I have one in my home office chair, one in my car, and one in my living room chair. This has a nice texture to it (the material IMO lasts a long time and up to my daily use).Unfortunately....mine is entirely missing the cord to plug the device into the wall! I purchased with overnight delivery and was very excited to try, as my old one was starting to sound like it was dying, and I wanted a replacement before that happened.Mine included the warranty card and instruction booklet...but no cord. I emailed them. No response and it's been days.They claim (in product description): We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy and a one-year after-sale service. Please feel free to make your purchase with peace of mind.Where is this 1 year after service?To anyone wondering why I just don't return...I work super long days and figured it'd be nicer for the company just to send the replacement piece. GuessI should've ordered a replacement the minute I discovered the missing cord.
