Working, after a year.My only disappointment is that the plug comes out the opposite side as the cord to the device, resulting in it getting unplugged occasionally. If it came out of an adjoining side of the wall wart, it would be less likely to get accidentally pulled out of the outlet.Otherwise, I am satisfied with this purchase.

I still think this “brick at the end of the cord” design that Lenovo has forced on us is idiotic, but since this is what charges our laptop, we’ll use it.This adaptor works perfectly and has for several months now.

This works great as a replacement power cord for the one that our puppy chewed up.
