100X Microscope Lens for Raspberry Pi, C/CS-Mount, 0.12X ~ 1.8X Optical Magnification, Compatible with Raspberry Pi HQ Camera

If you're in the situation to need this, it's a good alternative to some of the junk out there. My math tells me this is really just a fixed focal length lens (maybe 30-40mm) that travels along the tube, so a fairly simple piece of hardware.In practice if you want more magnification you move your target closer and then adjust focus, and if you want less then you move further away and adjust focus. On a type C industrial camera I was able to get magnifications between 0.12 and 1.8 and with extension tubes you can extend the upper end of that somewhat. With a 7mm sensor (or smaller) this lens is great for fine electronics work.

Bought this to use with a camera sensor as an overhead microscope for soldering. It might work with a Barlow reducer but as is there's no way to move it back far enough to have room to work.

Using this with a Raspberry Pi Zero 2 and HQ camera. The images are clear. This is just what I wanted. The attached photo is of a gnat.
